I too had something very very similar TDK. My friend was stabbed to death when we were on a night out. He was 16, in a group of us ranging fron16-18 walking to a night club. A man crossed the road to barge through our group. I was at the back and said whys that man giving us the ‘come on then’ hand gestures? My friend walked over and was stabbed through the heart and died in my arms. The man was a 38 year old that had just been kicked out of the pub, by the police having had a half ar@ed frisking and sent on his way. Looking back, last year the financials and notice of AGM came out on the 30th April. So she is purposely holding it back until the deal is done. Has to be confident it will be done before the end of the first week of June (Notice period required). So i would say, only 11 working days left before the Bank Holiday Weekend. If that changes the notice period due to the extra Bank Holiday I would say we will 100% have the deal over the line by 7th June. Any later and i will start to worry, as she will need to release the financials legally and it wont make for good reading and the SP will nose dive.

Yes PM. I fear, if the financials are released prior to 201 deal completion news, or some new highly significant the day financials are released will be a blood bath for the SP.
