If I wanted to start a business, I would perhaps need to rely on a bank to provide the funds. Whatever I chose to do, would involve risk, no different to an oiler.
Lets say I borrowed $100k, and that turned into $1m profit after taking the risk....that's brilliant.
If CERP, borrowed or diluted, the same success may apply, in which case nobody would care about the dilutive effects of either. On the other hand, my business venture, or CERPs may also go wrong....that is the risk(the 'only' part you are highlighting).
But who knows the success that may come of Bonasse, Icacos, Steeldrum....If successful, we may not even need to rely on any dilution to slowly progress the SWP
