Thepunter1.. yes that is my view too. The gold standard test and no orders from european countries to be worth reporting in an rns. They have made a great product no doubt but clearly sales wise they are at the beginning trying to convince people to use their product instead of others who already had a test out. So shareholders will be waiting longer. It's a shame the Fda approval hasnt turned up either as there was an opportunity where tests badly needed but alas that testing market will be hard to break into.
I'm sure gdr will get sales but it will be harder than was to be believed in actually obtaining the quantity of sales people thought they would get. Price target £2 - £3 now as fallen too far to e hitting £4 in the short term unless a MM spike.

Are we going to be waiting before sales news? I'm thinking end of july realistically. So much for june first sales...

@technick, unlucky to be caught on that spike, the thing to consider though is yes GDR has a number of products going forward but long term covid tests and unlikely to make the bulk of it's sale in years to come as Covid will have worked it way through the population and there will be multiple companies with solutions for tests so the market will be more challenging and profit margins will decrease. There is a golden opportunity right here for GDR to bring in some serious revenue and it appears they are incapable of doing that, that is a shame, it should be easy for any salesman to sell GDR test in the current climate, even in europe it should still be a sellers market. GDR needs that FDA approval and quickly. Sales have to start coming in soon, the market is not re-rating GDR as you'd think given the information available, there is a reason for that

No technick, this isn't pessimistic, you have to look at it objectively. They have had close to 8 weeks now, a gold standard test and not expensive. Yet nothing in terms of any big contracts. They have basically created a good product but the sales teams months ago have not done their job. Order by now should be in and being reported for this product at this moment in time. Can you honestly say you are happy that 2 months after CE approval there isn't any evidence yet that sales are being made. We are in a time when Test kits are at most demand and yet our gold standard one is being ignored and the market is not rating GDR. Questions have to be asked of why.... at the moment selling these kits should be like selling water in a dry desert.

Can GDR surprise us with some sales data before July, I hope so but maye the underlying intelligence of the market is right and GDR should not be currently valued higher than present as clearly something is not right. Everything appears ready but zero sales to show when they had 8 weeks to get something in place since CE confirmation. It's not good.

big, there has been plenty of coverage about testing for weeks in the media, it's not helping GDR though is it? GDR have got to get there a r s e into gear. They have promised sales data in June, they had better not let the shareholders down. There is only so long we can be nice. I have money tied up in GDR that I could and would have liked to have used elsewhere but we are all locked in till the sales data. I suspect many will bail out on the sails data so getting to the £4 now seems increasingly difficult.

It's not stuck, this is where PEEL have determined it will be for the day. Watch PEEL all day will control the ASK price.

Everyone is pointing out about Sales data coming in soon and we all have faith it will increase the share price. However currently there are very few trades actually going through each day because the general market does not currently believe in the GDR story. The recent gains the shareprice makes is always being pulled back by PEEL who have been in control of this share for weeks now. Everyone can debate about whether there is a 2nd wave coming etc but the simple point is GDR have to produce sales data, there is nothing else that will move this share price up and then it will be a rocky ride as many will sell at the higher prices. Sales data is all that matters, GDR have promised sales data in June, they had better produce it, no excuses, I expect to see sales in June.

Could be another month before we hear of sales data. Yes it was said in june sales data will come through but that is not certain. We just have to wait, the other company seems to have better pr with no product. I'm happy to stay with gdr but they really will soon need to get some sales data out as they made a promise to the market and the market will punish them if they dont keep to that promise.

Just imagine what this is going to do when the herd wants to pile in once people click that this is a massive opportunity.

The orders will come, there are clear factual pieces of information that GDR are targeting India for tests. It will happen, probably within the next week or two. We are coming to the end game for patience now, it's soon about to start kicking off and people bought in or buying now are going to be rewarded for seeing beyond what the general market is currently rating GDR at.

I'm not sure a mega RNS would boot then at the moment bigbench, I suspect they would certainly increase the bid and ask but they would still control it and not let it flow up the way it should. Lets just hope they stop whatever they are doing to be holding this share price down because we all know this share price is simply crazy low for what the company is offering.

PEEL are still in control of this, we are not going to see normal market forces work while PEEL just decide what they want to buy and sell the shares at. At the end of the day they still win and make plenty of profit.

AS usual PEEL holding it down, nothing else to be said, PEEL are such a pain when it comes to AIM shares.

I doubt it, PEEL will keep on doing what they are doing . They are experts with AIM stocks.

Kd82, it is just the price of knowledge you need to have to be success trading/investing on AIM. It's a different beast to that of the main FTSE market. A lot of us have lost plenty of money on AIM learning the rules of the game. One of the first rules is, should there be any doubt to investors the MM will do a tree shake. It happens all the time. There are plenty of rules to follow and knowledge never comes for free, don't worry about it, persist and always DYOR.

The 7 million shares will not be dumped onto the market anytime soon and it is good that GHIF actually have GDR on their Radar, meaning the Gates Foundation will have GDR on it's radar. That is a positive thing, sometimes it's who you know that counts and this is a positive one for GDR.

Onto gdr. Oh well that sales data now needs to be incredible.

Punit, why do you keep asking the same question, it keeps dropping because of "NO SALES DATA!" . The market is expecting data asap, until it sees some decent sales data don't expect it to rise that much as currently the market does not rate the company. There is no pressure from buyers and there are other opportunities in the market. It's a shame as this is a great buying in price but the market for now does not like GDR. Have patience and wait for sales data or just sell out. The FDA approval should also turn up soon but I don't think it will make any difference to share price, only sales will make a difference now.
