May I please request clarification for we in the US. As a shareholder, do I need to do anything further to have my folgf shares moved to tbn? I read the Falcon announcement, and am still a little fuzzy. Those of you having dealt with this before, can you please explain further?

The curse continues......

With the exception of right after the Falcon / Tamboran swap was announced, TBN share price has continued to fade. So much for thinking I might make a few dollars after 16 years.

Tbn has promise and huge potential for share price. POQ did nothing to prepare us for success if the merger is voted down. Folgf will fall to nothing, then we really do lose. Do any of you think POQ is smart enough to get us another offer? Take TBN and we might just make money.

Yes....it is better we take the offer. POQ proved he is a self-serving snake, and has done nothing to create any value or offers.Karma will seek him out. This "stock of the century" became a get what I can, sell, forget this con job.

"Unhappy" changes nothing. Shareholder approval on both sides will determine the deal. Sarcasm filled with childish comments changes nothing. This deal will be approved.

Based on the share convertion of .00687, this week I made 25% on my money. My point?.....TBN easily outperformed FOLGF. For almost 16 years, Falcon has brought me next to nothing. Unless the Falcon board pulls a big fat alternative offer out of our hat, I want the TBN deal. Sheffield moves the $ needle, while POQ never did a thing but talk while cashing his paycheck. Nothing vs something isn't a difficult choice.

Having looked at our reality for 36 hours, I have decided TBN is where I am going and voting yes. For 16 years, folgf has done nothing but promise the pot of gold is around the corner....just wait right?. TBN reaching $50-$100 a share is possible, and POQ has done nothing, and I am tired of nothing. No pot of gold is coming, and nothing of value is coming. Just more promises and wait...wait...wait. My falcon share value at .00687 had risen 35% in 2 days. That is an actual fact, while folgf is a dream. I woke up.

i was so ****ed this morning, i couldn't see straight. then reality set in....poq is a snake, and already has the votes to get this deal done. i could vote no and will, but it won't matter. i take my .00687 per share swap and then i set my sites on tbn stock price. today i make 20%, and hopefully the stock continues an upward trend. when folgf is a dead bird, i opt to sell or ride tbn. poq is an a$$hole, but i voted to let him lead this ship. i trusted the 🐍 snake. i wasted 15 years, and i will wait a few months more. if tbn doesn't show a decent rise until the vote, then we all try and stop him. if it does, i take my new shares and sell off.

If 15 years ago ( when I purchased the "stock of the century") I had just invested my money at 5%, today I would have doubled my money. Basically a no risk approach to just let my cash sit. Instead, I break even. At least buy me a drink, before you screw me POQ. 15 years of listening to promises. We paid that POS millions to sit and do nothing but line his own pockets.

More fantastic news, and our stock crashes. I looked at the trades on this site, and sell...sell...sell. Many of them are showing selling of 25, 26, 35 shares ect. The game to keep our share price in the tank continues no matter how much fantastic news we get. I have little confidence these days, that I will ever see the benefit of waiting 16 years. We will get screwed in the end.

2009....."stock of the century". 2025.....half of the value, and leadership collecting $600k with no motivation to close a deal. This never ends.

2 cents on a 50000 sell is a quick grand. I looked at the trades, typical Falcon game played over and over again. Great news never produces a big win. That's just a day in the life of Falcon.

All morning I have watched my friends over the water gut the run up. 46% back down to almost nothing. In the US sellers are also taking their pennies, and never let the stock holders celebrate the good news. I have learned to never get excited. The only thing that matters is the offer per share when we sell Falcon.

Sadly, the man in charge doesn't seem to care. In the end we either sell big and grin, or lose our investment and lawyer up to make that same man pay. After 15 plus years of promises, this won't go away quietly.

These stocks (including Falcon) are being held down on purpose. There can be no other explanation.

We need $37.50 a share to break even from where we were in 2009. POQ has alot of work to do to save face with this "stock of the century".

16 years ago I decided to purchase a million shares of FOLGF. Do I regret it?...no. Do I feel I made a mistake?...doesn't matter it was done. This asset is no longer under our control. POQ is a waste, but we are stuck paying for his nothingness. BS is a fox, and has total control over us. Why would he care about us? Honestly if I were in his shoes, I would do the same. This is about billions and billions of future dollars. This board is nothing. We longterm Falcon risk takers are nothing. Nothing we say or whine about matters. Hold or sell is all any of us can do. Me? I never spent a penny on FOLGF I wasn't willing to lose. So I have decided to stop listening to all this unnecessary chatter. I wish all of you the best, but we lost. BS and POQ win. I will take whatever scraps they toss my way. Karma is real, and they will receive theirs. Life is too short to waste on this negative conversation. Good luck my friends.
