thought it was odd SP staying up with all those big "sells"!

strange as you say mr c. 86 share sell can drop SP but 50,000 buy doesn't raise it!

got 250,000 in my Ii acount still 92% down but mt SIPP has 2.6mil £1300 profit! but dont want to take quick profit if really good news is round the corner! who knows??

somebody with better knowledge can correct me, but yes they do make a small profit on domestic sales, its not subject to same levies and taxes! It was part of the exploration licence deal, all oil had to be sold at domestic prices, then when production licence is granted an agreed amount (I think its 70% in our case) can be sold at world oil price! Lets be honest if the oil was in your back garden would you let somebody else take it all out without you getting a big bucket full yourself!

how does a buy of 140shares and a sell of 10,000 shares cause the SP to drop?
