That £8,000 you advised to sell, is now by my estimate nearly £22,000! that must be getting on for 50% of original posters starting investment, I do so hope he never took your advise!! This should be a lesson for all new investors DYOR

still no comment on our friend with his remaing £8000, which I said "no sell no loss" and you slated me for! my estimation is that its now worth about £16000, unless he took your advise and bailed out at £8000.

did you sell your £8000 worth? or follow my feeling of "nothing lost till you sell", In my estimation your holding should be around £16,000 value now!

It's been said on here many times, just do the opposite to what motley fool says!

That was a phrase I used last week in reply to a poster that had lost 75% of investment and was now left with £8,000 and was after some advise! I got slated rotten by posters on here(I'm not naming you all know who you are) and all advised so cut losses and bail out! well he would have left with £8.000, which at today's SP is now worth £12.000!! and has a good chance to go up.
So I still stick with my Idea, I'm not selling at a loss, I'll gamble its all or nothing!
