Ok correct me if I’m wrong, if eua announce a offer which they recommend we as shareholders have to vote on it. So during that interim period others in a position to buy will know the offer price and then will potentially stick a bid in themselves.

Clearly that would be good for us shareholders but bad because we have to wait longer.
