If the management of TUN fail to find finance before 31 december, Hemerdon will presumably end up 100% in the hands of the CLN holders with the current shareholders wiped out ?

The problem appears to be that if the first markers you find are good enough, then it is not worth even $50 to find any more.

I am aware that interest is being rolled up but could find no evidence that it will not eventually be repaid in cash.

Market cap is about £20m for 20% of the company - the rest goes to the CLNs.

Is it possible to deduce from any of the published papers whether Parsortix plus the Galleri test works better than the Galleri test alone ?

Perhaps someone who is able to attend the AGM should ask a carefully prepared question about the reluctance of potential clients to commit to Parsortix.

There is always the possibility of a clear an honest answer.

FWIW I have always assumed that ctDNA analysis is seen as simpler and currently adequate.

Including IP valuation and LG litigation together looks rather like double counting.

The Guardant test looks to be more compatible with the NHS announcement than Gallieri. Does anyone actually know which test is involved ?

And the Guardant test often recommends further testing so maybe that is where Parsortix comes in.

The directors sales appear to be a cheap and easy way to raise money for Pensans plc which does not have much ready cash. Director sells shares, lends the money to the company and is paid back later in cash or shares. Seems OK if not abused.

The terms of the CLNs. They are simply not the sort of terms that would be expected for someone intending to ensure that TUN is successful.

As has been suggested elsewhere they look more like the terms that might be offered by a vulture.
