It's become clear the market is overlooking the fact this has a JORC compliant resource of 19m oz of silver, all the while silver continues to smash through all time highs.

That's before we even consider all Rock's other metals and what looks set to be a world class germanium/gallium deposit, at a time when critical minerals have never been more highly prized.

One thing about these micro cap explorers is nothing can happen for what seems like months, then one day - often seemingly out nowhere - the rerate kicks in and before you know it you're in a multi bagger. With fundamentals like this, you sense it's just a matter of time here.

I see our major shareholder has been pulling strings behind an epic deal for fellow London listed Galantas with gold assets in Chile.

Now that he's got that deal done, might free up a bit of his time to looking at unlocking some of that value in his other London company with assets on his home turf? He would be picking a good moment at least, with long awaited MRE about to land.

Looking at some of the other Canadian listed names he's involved with, most now valued in the hundreds of millions or billions, I can't imagine he got into this looking to just make a few million quid, as things stands today. Let's see something epic here.

Yes Shagged is overstating the numbers there. It's not 100m warrants. Imo the warrants are the least interesting thing about this company but to clear it up.

1p warrants issued total was = 133,333,334

Of which exercised = 58,833,331

Remaining = 74,500,003

Or put another way, that's another £745k cash inflow to follow, on top of £580k received, on top of monies from selling Bres, and fundraise that already fully funded current campaign. Most important thing as far as share structure goes to my mind is that we are cashed up here, unlike so many of these other names. GL

True we are hugely de risked here. You can't beat having an already quantified resource in the ground, before we even consider huge potential for it to be expanded, with current program underway to do just that. Plus being cashed up and gold continuing what now seems like an unstoppable rise, what's not to like.

It's unusual but personally happy to wait a little longer, knowing this will definitively quantify the sheer quality of the resource.

Take comfort that insiders have significant skin in the game here. The Nomad will have judged it was the proper thing to do, and presumably fair enough now we know it seems scope of MRE was widened to include sites in addition to Bam. Along with Rick Rule and Eric Sprott being major shareholders, we're aligned with some pretty powerful interests.

A decent change in momentum here, has to be promising leading up to drill results.

With those assays due very soon, this is still extremely under the radar with a tiny market cap.

Interesting to see the B4-7 and VW sites mentioned to be part of the MRE. Scope of the MRE appears to have widened and gone beyond BAM/the gold asset alone, which may well explain extended timeframe. Either way, all will be clear in a couple of weeks.

Are you new to explorers? You won't find one with an annual report that doesn't say same thing.

By the way, the annual report you've dug this up from was released in June, they did then raise in August which fully funds current campaign. After that the company then sold their stake in Blencowe and had a cash injection of £500k+ from warrants exercise. Tot all that up and you'll see compared to most micro cap explorers this is extremely liquid. In fact, year end balance sheet here will blow most peers at similar mcap out of the water.

From the date Sean Wade was appointed to board of Focus Xplore, another one of those companies he's employed by, its share price has collapsed more than 70%+. That's in less than 18 months, and during what looks like the biggest bull market for metals in modern history.

For as long as he's on the board here and wasting his processors hard earned investment cash on absolute vapourware like Minestarters, this is uninvestable.

With everything achieved here since August when price hit 0.3p, and the seemingly unstoppable rise in silver since, now placing well and truly out the way and company cashed up, plus those stakes in other ventures booming, there does appear to be a significant valuation gap to fill here.

This deal announcement a genuine gamechanger. To be a revenue generating explorer at this tiny micro cap you just don't see. Then you consider those revs will effectively been tax free for the foreseeable. Raglan alone should be worth way in excess of today's market cap, then you consider it's just one part of a portfolio including Blue Mountain being full steam ahead with gold again touching upon an all time high, could not be better positioned here.

It's surely self-evident the losses acquired will have come from the capex that would have been required for by the seller for the construction of the facilities, namely the "60 tonne per hour wash plant, gold room, water supply, camp, mobile mining fleet and supporting facilities". The numbers for equipment value/losses even marry up. The hard part was building them, acquiring permits etc, ECR have stepped in when it's ready to go.

Interestingly the drilling began with that 30 day window referred to for the grab samples. I share view of Jontfsi that there is a high likelihood the grab samples results not considered material by company, instead they were simply used to help generate best co-ordinates to drill. So it could be time to move on from the idea grabs will get their own RNS, and instead look forward to the drill results - which based on what we've heard from team on ground so far - looks set to be a gamechanger here. Excellent to see cores off to labs. Not a geologist so asked AI about significance of intersections with sulphide and quartz and it said

"The intersection of sulphide and quartz mineralization is a significant indicator for the potential presence of gold, silver, copper. This combination often points to a fertile, hydrothermally altered system."

Agree 400, this being backed by an already quantified significant amount of gold in the ground, plus a resource increase announcement pending, makes it about as safe a bet as you can get at this micro cap. That's before we consider the resource upgrade plending. Plus that top tier management team from Anglo American - very different from a lot of these other LSE names that largely seem to consist of a blagging Aussie with a patch of desert and a twitter account.

I see this retrace as a bit of gift and bought more this morning.

I can, Landore (LND). Equity structure very positive all round with high insider ownership and unusually for a micro cap some big names like Rick Rule and Eric Sprott on register. Not tradable at the moment as suspended last week pending news. It and Jan definitely my two 2 explorers.

Scott you must be trolling. Re funding - the company just banked £1.465m from October placing, then two weeks ago the Storm deal announcement injects a further £700k. That's £2.1m+ cash inflow announced within 6 weeks.. As for a downgrade, keep dreaming. Not even going to dignify with a response your unhinged calls for board members to go.

Find another goldie in a safe jurisdiction with as much gold in the ground as they are about to reveal, tens of millions spent on site to date, a stake in another listed explorer, and this much cash on hand relative to enterprise value, for this tiny market cap. You won't.

As well as cash the other catalyst once these exercises are done is we will be at stage where the stock has transferred from short term funders into far stickier hands. Some of the premiums paid on those big share blocks bought over last couple of weeks speaks volumes. All to play for here
