It can't be said enough, the economics and viability of the project are totally transformed in this environment. The AISC will be higher, but as we know that portion only subject to inflation, so from an acquirer's point of view this has potential to be a fairly spectacular leveraged bet on gold - especially with disconnect between lowly market cap vs proven ounces in the ground.

Coupled with this old Brian mentioned in an interview the US government department that oversees critical minerals funding is not only in Nevada - also just down the road from GWMO's property. Plus new CEO first interview directly referred to GMET's Blue Mountain - and as we know, that getting US funding was what truly sent its shares into orbit. If we get a hint of decent Tungsten in these upcoming assays, blue skies here.

I can't imagine a soul on here imagines gold - or Jan itself - will be a part of that particular deal.

The read across here and my post is about jurisdiction. Look around us. In Latin America alone Trump has now bombed Venezuela and captured it's president, threatened to take over Panama, talked about regime change in Cuba, said he would bomb cartels in Mexico, called Coumbia's president a drug dealer, the list goes on. Investors hate that kind of uncertainty.

Brazil has none of these issues, Jan is in a good neighbourhood.

To clarify, Storm's sale was for one of their properties, in exchange for some cash and equity portion in acquiring company. That Newco are now just awaiting TSX approval before trading resumes. I don't imagine Landore will release news themselves on this, as a few degrees of separation here.

Joking aside, agree with HillparkTC here, better to go with an early week release. Unwritten rule is Friday the day to bury bad news day on the markets, so counterintuitive as it might seem, glad we didn't get anything today.

Let's hope the additional time has given them the opportunity to choreograph decent PR to go with the MRE, make a big splash of it. Outside of the company, major shareholders have more power than ever to get the story out there too. Sprott's deal making speaks for itself and since he bought here, Rick Rule's influence definitely grown, the guy almost like a youtube celebrity now.

Great, if the story is that compelling it won't need selling on boards of stocks.

For £100m it does not even have a MRE yet, so there is no third party verification of the project. It certainly doesn't have a PEA, which means cash flow guesses are just that.

The biggest challenge is the jurisdiction - not just because of US threating the Columbian president and military intervention, but because it is in a region rife with cartels. They have almost limitless power, and you can guarantee if the company ever do get as far as having an actual mine, cartels will hear about it.

An explorer in Columbia that has already done ~1500% in 2 years and now has a £100m+ market cap? Think I'll pass, thanks all the same.

For anyone who's broker is being difficult, remember you can always transfer your LSE shares to a different provider that lists the ASX version.

I've moved shares between providers countless times so might help to know it's a very simple process. What you want you request (with the new provider) is an 'in specie' transfer. That way your holdings are left exactly the same, no tax implications (or fees you'd get for a sale/buyback), they just land with the new broker.

I'm expecting this to bounce quite nicely from here now news has been absorbed by the market. Absolutely nothing about the company has changed - only the trading venue.

I'd just use IG. They let you trade any old sh*t, including LSE and ASX versions of this.
