There aren't many sure things when it comes to micro cap explorers, but this comes close at this price. It's inevitable the gap between this and ASX will close. They are working on a fast timeframe, so not long to wait.

No prob and for sure you sense there's a modern day gold rush happening worldwide and resources stretched as a result. Will keep an eye on these, probably interesting geological read across too for from Alta especially as so close. Longer term I can see them absorbing Jan and us becoming part of a fully fledged district scale operation, but that's another story. GL

Fwiw.. there are quite a few of other explorers/miners in the region, of which I know of at least two that are both listed (on TSX) and that sent off cores/sample in lateish Q4. Nearest neighbour Altamira is one of them. None have had assays from that period back yet.

Would make sense. This is essentially a Canadian company and significant shareholders all overseas. Bit unloved here, whereas coverage/understanding of explorers overall frankly more advanced across pond. Looking back at past RNSs they did meet the regulatory criteria put believe it was 'market conditions' that scuppered it (ie gold price). As we know, conditions could not be better now.

Good to see him also referencing proximity of GWMO's land package to Pilot Mountain. Market seems to have totally overlooked this, when GMET must have been the stand out UK listed explorer success story last year. I expect he has been able to use GMET's exploration work as a part of a framework to help pinpoint the tungsten here. All of this has to improve chances they deliver decent assays.

The new CEO certainly looks like he'll drive things forward here. And sounding so bullish about the site is promising when he has the geological smarts to back it up. With market cap down here, it really wouldn't take much to send this skywards.

His other venture was Lake Parime ltd (as per my link yesterday) and that collapsed into administration.

The funny part is he's not even a very good swindler. Claiming he'll put in 3 million quid while actually delivering 6 grand is just so comically bad.

No chance auditors sign these accounts off, they actually do have a reputation to uphold, which means this charade is now in its death throes.

Only question that remains is how on earth does this still have a £1m+ market cap? Over a million quid for an empty shell with an absolute wrong'un in charge? Insanity.

Jan is a bit of a livewire, moves quickly. Won't take much to send it past 2p again. Once the market simply wakes up to the abundance of gold in the ground vs market cap, strap in.

They are already aware but are well known for being a sleepy organisation, so the more people that inform them of what has happened here, the more chance that action will be taken. Spell it out to them, if you lost money here based on misleading information, just tell them your story.

I'm sure that explains recent retrace, the freefloat is quite small with insiders owning such a large chunk of shares, and long termers I suspect, £30k or so from a single trader will be enough to move the price - so it's reassuring to know. It works in other direction of course, so does make you think especially with the backdrop of new gold ATH, potentially wouldn't take much to send this into orbit.

He could say any number now, might as well claim he's buying shares at £1 a piece, because he gets that money back in a deal that scandalously circular it could make Bernie Madoff blush.

BMV (Sath) has a deal with BE Company (Sath) that somehow involves Skylake (Sath)?

I would say we're in an almost unique position here already having that 220oz resource in the ground. How before Jan acquired the site circa $2m was already spent getting to grips with the geology. This is what sets Jan apart from some of these greenfield names - we already know there is gold in the ground. Now it's just a case of the drilling expanding it - and we have high calibre alumni from FTSE100 Anglo American on the ground doing just that. These guys are the real deal.

Agree about London listing being a sideshow. Just wait until TSX unhalts, then management will be able to put the story out there.

Right now this is still in stealth mode because North Americans unable to trade it pending TSX approval, consequently virtually nobody with any kind of following is talking about on financial media/X/Substack - even the mining/gold specialists. Nothing on financial media either. Just like nobody cared about likes of GGP on day one.

I'm afraid you only have to look at some of the posts here to see how unsophisticated these UK day traders are, to put it kindly. I don't mean to be condescending but I mean talking about an Islamic bank or fake Helium stock as if they are even playing the same game, let alone in same league. You have to laugh really.

I can see a scenario where ExGen acquire PXC for the remaining 80% of Empire in a merger whereby PXC get equity in EXGen.

Would benefit both parties, combined company would own 100% of Empire. ExGen well capitalised so removes immediate funding uncertainty for PXC. Switched some of my PXC shares for ExGen with this in mind as a hedge, to be honest planning to do remainder. That way I keep some exposure to Empire whatever happens, and hard to beat having that streaming income from Eric Sprott's latest venture.

Let's be real about this. The challenge here is the Jelani mining application hasn't even been made. Last we heard the company were considering it in August. Per RNS "Jelani Resources board will determine whether to advance with a Mining Licence application." Why the radio silence since?

Then consider the permit that has 5 months to go is a pre-requisite for that application.

If we discount Jelani, that leaves the US greenfield sites and the one that has been drilled - Jennings, which yielded non-commercial grades.

On top of all this is a CLN outstanding until November which will sadly impact upside.

With these sorts of numbers, we are talking about a world class silver resource.

Respectfully magmanus_49 re MOB - an Islamic bank is a very different prospect to what looks set to become a world class gold mine, backed by some of the biggest names in gold mining worldwide, with millions of ounces of gold.

So you best cross ramp that somewhere else.

Arguably if anyone can get a deal over the line it's these guys - and with that stake in Empire they have the incentive.

PXC NED Jason Riley is CEO of Canadian listed ExGen Resources Inc, which in turn has a royalty deal with the mine acquired by GAL. Essentially ExGen get get capex free cash paid for in Silver equivalent once mine up and running, which will be happening pronto now with kingmaker Eric Sprott on board.

ExGen in itself now a compelling buy because of this imo, but the takeaway for PXC has to be they are well positioned having a well connected deal maker like this on their side.

Jelani permit expires in May.

Market will have to start discounting this until news of renewal, which the company is silent on.
