Looks like shorts hedging a big drop more than the dividend to be staying in...also they presume not many buyers.. As average investor will see this stock as dividend trap if you do not understand there business model and as easy to understand there financials

They trying to hold russian assets in my opinion the domicile to friendly country is attempt to do so. They have survived almost year without being sanctioned or suspended. They will hoping to avoid to much attention for either west and russia but longer this war goes the harder it will become

Depends on level of good news, some of that will be priced some not is my guess

Looking more likely that dividend will not be paid, but there could be a scrip dividend though this would also be challenging due to share price being widely different on Russian exchange. The difficulty is it may send the wrong message to market that we in trouble when in really it mostly business as usual although there maybe some logistical challenges, short term. Soon find out either way, if they do not pay will be interesting how much the share price drops we not seen a sub 250p for a while now.

Remember China does heck a lot more trade with EU and West it running a thin line
