DEC. M&G Investment Management Ltd. acquired a new position in Diversified Energy in the 4th quarter worth about $36,507,000.

Looks like shorts mostly holding out could we see break out soon, resistance appears to be at the £12 mark

Question is how much do they have to buy, hopefully a positive impact as some Lso buy before the joining to capture the upside of indexes buying

Hold makes a lot of sense in my opinion.. Yes dividend has dropped but think okay if they are redirecting finances to add shareholder value in other ways like acquisition, share buy backs etc. I also more committed when a company is allocating capital wisely while there are opportunities in the market. US market is not as big a fan of dividends which are high, from companies. They got other stocks that deal with that!

Plus when intrest drop where do ppl flock...

Take it your long time holder, otherwise the disconnect is what makes this a buy at current prices.

Never get it when ppl post random negative comments without backing it up with facts, for years value investors have made money on mispriced stocks..is this one of those time will tell, those that invested here believe it is, or some are simply holding to recover there losses which I get.

I played this through a few valuations calculation and most show upside some models do not of course but all in all I see this a cheap from pure valuation perspective all they way up to £14 per share although analyst see £23

I think this long hold, historically we had 602 up days 611 down days (few big one s of course and ex div days) finally 47 flat days.

I am fortunate to bought in low so am currently up 18%

The Russel inclusion will make things intresting as it is bound to have positive impact on share price according to past history although no guarantees, but some can simply afford to hold there paper losses till the next drama.

The share BB will not impact this short term but maybe will longer term

Just shows how a share price can disconnected from fundamentals and also market intrest rates and how some see buying opportunities and make big returns

I think into into Russell 2000 index June is where he was expecting the share price to be impacted positively as the trackers then automatically purchase the Dec shares.

I little surprised by the drop in US as they do tend to prefer the growth strategy more and good yield as well by US standards

There are basically saying we can do better with the money to grow the business, reduce debt, buy back shares, then give to shareholders via dividends.

This is how most business work only pay dividends if we have lots of free cash and we do not know what do with or invest back into business.

In theory this should increase the share price over time and so should dividend depending on hedging and some other head winds.

See lot ppl selling now, feel sorry for investors who have been here long term. I could seen 50% dividend cut at most but almost 70% and for three years is a joke, I was expecting a cut just not this large
