I agree, the JV consolidation seems more and more likely with MOD looking at a London listing, it also strengthens the share register. What seems fairly clear here now is that the copper is there and theres lots of it!!!!! MOD/MTR know it and it would appear a few other entities know it as well.. This is buy and hold if ever there was one!!!!! I will enjoy my beers tonight!!!!

Yeah T5 and T7 are favourites yet they are smashing drills at T3 and planning T20 and have put 2 on T1.. some favourite when they aren’t bothering with the them at present. Just posturing before the more and more likely JV consolidation IMO.

Remember that chart and bonkers are based on the technicals. When we get those T3 dome targets drilled and we start to see the real distric potential and possible tier one deposit start to form up teose single figure targets will be smashed out of the park IMO. Drill drill drill!!!!! It would also seem there are lots going on behind the scenes... busy next month or two for MTR coming up. I can feel the the buzz coming back in to the tiger....!!!!!!!! ATB.

Good point about the MOD fund raise bonks. If MOD all of a sudden are going to need to fund 90% of the JV costs they are going to need those additional funds to do so!!!! I like the idea of MTR retaining a minority position in the JV while increasing the overall MOD shareholding, it gives exposure to the other MOD areas, puts definitive value on to MTRs NAV, reduces capital outflow and that 10% could still prove very attractive were MOD to be bought out by a major... MOD news tonight anyone??

Consolidation. Rather than having 10 shares at £1 each we now have one share at £10.. this is a bad thing where shyster companies are concerned as they consolidate only to raise another million or so £££ and the cycle repeats and repeats. To answer your question - MTR will still hold circa 6% of MOD and the value of such shares will have the same price. MOD (IMO) are consolidating to tidy up their share structure in a pretence to major corporate changes - JV consolidation is looking more and more likely as they already have a considerable cash position. GLA as things look to be happening here.

True. And what if your new stock goes down another 10%.. so you sell that and move into another and another and another. Great way to erode your capital IMO.

Tons of cheap warrants that are being sold. Nonsense. People are selling their 2p warrants at 1.9p are they?? What about the 7p warrants that expired? Were they cheap ones? Whoever is selling is either doing it a loss which is crazy or more likely have been invested for a long long time and have a low average.

Good to see some decent posts on here to combat sacked sams usual and constant drivel. From a personal point of view i am very happy with today's news - better the devil you know. BUT gg is right, Flybe is the only game in town. Stobart want to build a regional airline that is exactly the same as Flybe. Flybe have the infrastructure, the routes/slots, a world class MRO facility all of which Stobary aspire to. It would take them years and years to get even close to competing with Flybe, they will be back at the table. In the meantime everything is improving - despite what sacked says. So when they do i hope the answer is another firm NO.

WizzAir already have a UK AOC and are setting up a complete UK operation. They also have a massive order of A320/321 NEOs. Flybe does not fit their business model, they are looking at starting flights to the US east coast with 321 extended range models!!! This is just a revamp of the “easyJet will take flybe over, it’s the perfect fit” rumour, nonsense IMO.

Political nonsense. There is no way in hell they are going to stop flights. The whole continent would, quite literally, come to a standstill. Other than the large city airports most rely on the British flights (easy, Ryanair, jer2, BA, Flybe) to keep them going. It’s nonsense IMO. Share price looks strong, still have mixed feelings on the potential take over from a personal perspective. GL all holders.
