MTR have purchased yet more MOD shares. Translated - we have plenty of cash and we know what is in the ground. MOD is undervalued and therefore so is MTR.

He is chilled. My view: Very depressing to see the current share price. However I ask myself if I would be selling at 3-4p.. no I wouldn’t. So that feeling is a something I need to get over by looking at where this is heading. It appears to me there is a concerted effort to keep the prices of both MOD and MTR low... why??? It’s now down to MOD to get their shit together and prove what we all believe is there.

Right so Charles Hall is not to be trusted and has obviously bought shares at 3p for tax losses as he is a banker and bankers caused the financial crash. Always through my dad was shady, and that Howard character at Halifax. Jesus wept.

Why are people wasting their time responding to this moron?? That is a serious question!!!???!? The suggestion that Charles Hall has bought shares at 3p for a tax loss has to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever read on here. And I’ve been reading and posting on this BB from the very beginning so read some real shite from certain individuals. It would appear one of those has taken up a new persona and is going out of their way to show it. Charles Hall has been involved with MTR since it’s inception. Has been a substantial shareholder since then and stepped in as chairman to protect his own and every other PI after the Borelli debacle. Anyone insinuating he has anything other than shareholders interests both small and large is being deliberate misleading and clearly has an agenda. CH should be applauded for the steps he has and continues to take.

Good response Joe. Samba, don’t get suckered in to other people’s targets - I learnt that the hard way. That being said personally I will MAYBE look to unload 25% of my holding around 5-6p to take back the majority of my capital. And will be looking at double figures for the remainder. ATB.

It’s all about psychology. And it is very intresting/intriguing (once get over the 25% drop in value) Nothing has changed in the long term. MTR are now cashed up and a major drilling campaign is under way. The liklihood of continuing to find copper is pretty good and moving forward sooner or later that will be reflected in both MOD and MTRs share prices. Were you tempted to sell at 3.3p?? Nope. So why sell at 2.6p. Clearly some are and that is why so many loose on AIM and that is why the city spivs make money (take money off the PIs) ATB.

Lots of decent sized sells. Looks like too many morons have taken the placing without the actual funds and it’s back fired. The large trade at 8.34 I believe is a T20 being closed, probably stopped out. Why these people take extra risks is beyond me, this game is risky enough on its own. All short term noise tho and if you’re here for the long game then just another pot hole on the long road. ATB.

Good post Joe. Ref labour concerns, are you referring to costs or expertise?? To be honest I don’t see a lot of the (valid) issues mentioned in your post being an issue for either MTR or MOD as I expect the JV will be bought out. Of course MOD will say we are taking it to production blah blah. But IMO they are 100% looking to prove district scale and sell, ideally in a bidding war. And ideally T3 dome and then T20. Would you offer someone full value if you KNEW they wanted to sell and weren’t prepared to go the whole distance.. smoke and mirrors... ATB.

Interesting debate this one. At THIS moment in time I would have to agree. However (and this is the important but) the deal has leveraged the district scale opportunity. We have importantly maintained our 30% of the remaining JV licence areas - which is everything outside the T3 pit. Post the consolidation deal MTR will hold an effective position of around 44% of each of the additional targets - current actual is circa 38% (30 + (70x12.5)) Each of the seven domes in just the T3 dome area has the potential to be ANOTHER T3 pit. IF that becomes the case (we already know A1 and A4 have hit copper - AEM tech looks good) then we would have exchanged 30% of the T3 project (less the portion attributed to MTR via equity stake) for a significant increase in each of the additional domes. AND THEN there is T20... Amazing deal struck by MM. ATB.

The last two placings have had SPROTT involved and they always want warrants. The placing after the Borelli fiasco was a necessity and MM etc at the time did what they needed to do to keep the company going.

Im not going to get into the usual warrant debate as we go round in circles, they have been issued. I wish i had some, but I don't. As is life money goes to money and the more you have the more you make.

Fact is we clearly needed the cash to fast track this drilling, the more they hit the more they need to drill. The more that happens the better it will be for all involved.

As previously stated I won’t be engaged into debate with you. I’ve done that too many times and it’s a waste of my energy, as once I prove you wrong you move on to the next deceitful post.

This is one I do agree on. Many have taken the placing with new funds. However others I’m sure have sold down to fund their placing fees and other sold straight away to collect and bank the warrants. Yes it’s annoying but that’s unfortunately part and parcel of the market. And don’t forget however we all have the opportunity to join these brokers and get in on these placings. Looking forward any shares that have been sold have been bought up, just look at the massive volumes. There is now no threat of a placing, we are fully funded and a serious floor has been built around this 3p mark. So much more to come here, focus on the positives, of which there are many. ATB.

Yes an OO would have been nice but it is a long drawn out procedure and it appears the cash was needed to progress KML and KEMCO alongside bots, both of which were unexpected at this stage. The teathers app has been mentioned however and may have been a good idea.

Warrant debate has been had many times. But when the SP is up at 8/9s i wont be too concerned with 5/6p warrants.

I heard (all be it indirectly) that TG wanted to take just the MOD equity and it was PJ that pushed for the JV. I recall because a comment was made about how TG looked over it..

No not exactly. Not at all. Listen to the interview, they began the fund raise on Monday BEFORE the MOD trading halt. The bots project is part of MTR because of PJ and solely down to PJ. Best not to comment if you don’t understand what you are talking about ;-)
