Paid basher. This whole site is full of them. It is clear when they comment without fully understanding what is going on / having absolutely no clue what is going on.

There are lots of reasons why taking over Flybe would fit Stobart similar to the reasons why they will struggle to do Southend on their own. Economies of scale, that’s why regional airlines are a tough business. Small planes fly less people. You need 2/3 E175s to fly the equivalent of a 737 or a A320/321. More flight crew, higher maintenance costs etc. Flybe have the logistics in place, Stobart do not. Hence the fit. Looking to release funds as this price is ridiculous and those shorts will be looking to close IMO.

You also (conveniently) forget the incoming 175s will replace the outgoing, rubbish and expensive 195s - there are in fact 4 still operating Flybe routes with a fifth on handback checks. So the impact will actually be a positive. EXT, NQY, CWL, DSA could all accomodate more routes IMO.

Having first hand experience of the whole monarch fiasco it was and is very different to Flybe. Monarch were paying their flight and cabin crew instance salaries for a start. Importantly they were competing directly against easyJet and Ryanair. Drop here is massively overdone. £27m MC is laughable.

Booboo, the phrase anti-dilutive shares referred to MTRs holding, it is designed so that if/when MID raise funds MTR can exercise those warrants and maintain there 12.5% holding.

Virtually all the other trades yesterday were below 2.4p. Almost garunteed it was a buy and the price was taken down to fill it IMO. Assays for drill hole 8 at A4 due soon, could be the game changer and the catalyst we have all been waiting for......

The T20 AEM has been completed but results have not been published yet, it’s quite a long process. Don’t forget KLM AEM results are also due soon. That deal was a master stroke by MM and the team and has been completely over looked. There is so much newsflow and potential here there really is. IMO district scale is going to be proven and those with the conviction to hold over the long term will find their investment here stunting many multiples.

Volume was tiny and SP still up 3%.. Need sellers to avoid spiking the SP.. Work it out you’re a clever g.... oh no wait ;-)
