If you are repeatedly diluting shares the alternative would also be to borrow more repeatedly and pay interest repeatedly.

Assuming you diluted 3-4 times to get your 1000 shares to say 5000 then you would also have had to borrow 3-4 times paying interest every time. It makes sense to me but maybe I am not financially astute.

Resolution 3 seeks Shareholder approval by way of special resolution for the

Company to have the additional 10% placement capacity provided for in Listing

Rule 7.1A to issue Equity Securities without Shareholder approval.

Again this was approved before allowing UP TO 25%, not more, being the 15% allowed and the additional 10% they are asking for. This is how the company have been paying for things. services etc.

Where is the dilution Grumpy? If the entity offered to buy a proportion of your shares you would be paid for them and retain the remainder. It is also hypothetical as it has been there for the past 3 yrs and they just want it to remain there. Torino header is wrong.
