Indian summer me thinks
But again I ask politely .Once the company knew of the additional soc ,would this be price sensitive info that required a Rns to inform investors .?
Synairgen must have agreed on all points and provided additional safety data to guarantee all soc was non detrimental to SNG001 regarding safety .This was a P3 not P2 trial so all safety protocols must have been accepted and possibly in vitro safety data supplied stating remdes and dexy had no adverse reactions .This must have been sorted out out well before trial commencement wouldn't you think ?its not done overnight .
.
To those more familiar with the workings of bio/ pharma , was the inclusion of SOC to our trial not in the realms of being price sensitive info and warranting of a rns to convey this critical info to shareholders ??? And couldn't the same be assumed as and when the company received the futility data ? Both sets of info were deliberately held back from investors as it was Synairgens own trial so they must of been informed of the Soc inclusion ..
Yet another set of questions that were conveniently " not asked" at the AGM or were they ? .
If the know then the market knows but I see no evidence this morning albeit a small 3% rise
I thought poly would have disinfected the company by now . The stench is unbearable .

£5 @201 million shares approx
£4
Given the total incompetence exhibited by Marsden and the after school science club I am beginning to doubt that Synairgen 's" cast iron/ set in stone patents won't stand up to legal scrutiny which is probably why nobody as taken a punt buying the drug .The company is pretty worthless as is the BOD / scientists who did their bit decades ago on this drug .
The French will probably take interferon therapy forward which, as a lot of the so called investors say on here " Will be a good thing if it saves lives"
Thats Absolute $h!te, This drug has only been good for one thing and that was fulfilling numis expectation of £9.90 a share which is now the stuff of total fantasy .
Any pharma must have done their diligence and assessed that this drug could be purchased outright for around £300 million now with another £ 50 million to get the drug approved .Yet ,not a single offer???.
Agree on everything except he who does not talk should have took the walk in February.. He is a lame duck
Manifesto ,it always comes down to a wall p!$$ing contest with you .I own approx 68000 shares at an average of £1.31:.To suggest I cut losses and do one is arrogance personified IMHO.
I won't be buying anymore and if and its a massive if the SP ever reaches £1 I will get the hell out of dodge and lick my wounds ..
I want Marsden and the board gone .They contribute nothing of value to the company .
To re sanction all their ridiculous salaries at the AGM was disgusting .I repeat that AGM was a sham and those who went were rail roaded along the way .but................ " I felt better coming out as before I went in " Really ???
Funny that , so did Richard Marsden Holgate and the rest of the crazy gang .
The AGM was a shame. A pre rehearsed sham .
Questions were asked if the company sees commercial success in a year .Answer . Probably not likely. Then when approximately ???????? .That wasn't asked or was it ?
An investor asking why Shaw was still chairman when usually they are replaced over x years .
That completely fooled everyone .! No one ever brought it up on here ever! So , was that investor a Synairgen plant placed in the crowd to completely deflect attention from Marsden ? Anyway it worked .RM not only escaped with his job ,he actually got to shake hands with some of you star struck clowns who wasted a day you will never get back .You were completely bamboozled but at least you got his and Holgate autograph so not all lost .
That high?
And once again substantial delay in letting actual shareholders know via Alert service .
I will be so glad when this company is eventually put to sleep . Artogance ,ignorance and Incompetance personified ..
That Alert service is about as much use as Anne Franks drum kit .
.Marsden was seen sharpening his pencil.
HSG,
Its still difficult to comprehend how the trail wasn't abandoned at the futility assessment..
Sorry ,but I wouldn't and don't want Marsden anywhere near the negotiation table with Big Pharma .They will eat him alive and spit the bits back at us .He was a general manager to start off (how many people back then , 6or 8. Promoted to director then CEO .why? Because he probably convinced the Boffins its the way thing work in Pharma .He has only ever in his entire puff landed a deal worth £79 k a year and that being a JV .Di d he actually land it ? .He has absolutely no idea how to do this job and should be kept well away ..Bring consultants in but keep RM away .( On an indefinite sabbatical IMHO ).
Marsden should be history no matter what .Its sickening the sympathy he gets on here ..I'd have David Brent over Marsden any day .At least we'd get a song and dance out of this **** fest .
