TFG exclusively fund a new trial by way of a Bond purchase of say £25 million .They receive interest on the bond of say 8% .The drugs goes to commercialisation and the company buys back the bond or maybe in 5 years (optional) giving TFG guaranteed return if the market is still depressed.
The first 8% comes out of the £25million and TFG insist on a BOD reduction and significant salary reduction to those who survive the cut if any .. ( Marsden doesn't escape the chop I'm afraid ) .
No JV or free trial necessary.
The drug is already in stock and the paper work is also in place .All thats needed is trial location and organisation .( I suggest China or India if its feasible. and if its still covid the company targets . ..If its COPD I suggest central or south America where the population still has a high percentage of smokers ..( therefore more emphysema/COPD
If TFG/Synairgen/ us did agree to the bond then as bondholders wouldn't they get first payout if the company goes bust and Synairgen sell the drug ? That could be security for the bond .
Lastly, if they do decide to go for COPD ,would the trial be only P2 rather than P3 and would then need another trial ?
I may be well out here but the bond idea would eliviate the need for fund raise / dilution and solve cash flow problems..
It would also give TFG a way to get their investment back ,and maybe me !
Further Bond issues in the future would keep the need for dilution to a minimum..None of this is ideal ofcourse but thats the situation we are in .

PS, I am invested here with 120plus shares .I know zilch about biotech but I invested because Neil Woodford was bank rolling this s?its how through his funds . I would love to know what he thinks of this now and I would trust his opinion .He made an unforgivable mistake with his business but he is still a guru

The main nagging urk with me about this outfit is that according to a few on here ,its my own fault that Marsden fcuked up because the sprinter soc protocol was there in black and white for all to see .The protocol was never discussed on here ,ever ,nor did anyone express concerns about the SOC in place for OUR trial.
Did anybody actually say they were reducing their holding given that " Best in class" treatment was being administered aswell ?
If anybody at Synairgen had the slightest competence in medical statistical analysis then they would surely have recommended the trial be aborted .I am assuming there is intelligence in the company and they did speak out that the results could be detrimentally corrupted.and Marsden made the decision to proceed ..Somebody decided that the decision by authority to reduce trial size from 900 to 610 was in the company's interest and to run the trial inconjunction with the best possible SoC .

WHAT I DO BELIEVE NOW IS THAT TFG ARE NOW USING MARSDENS BUFFOONERY TO ARRANGE THEM A DAMAGE LIMITATION ESCAPE PLAN .And I don't think it bodes well for me .

Sorry shareholder, but when somebody posts the laughable statement that Synairgen is just a side venture to my other major investments ,then tells you that je is going to use up all his tax free isa allowance on a ( high risk) side venture when he wouldn't rather compound his other major investments is talking through his tradesmans entrance .
