Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Respect there wigster, I won't be there, I live in Holland .Not interested in what Synairgen say because I've lost any respect I had for them..
I've mentioned it before but everyone who went to last year's AGM seems reluctant to discuss how Shaw was targeted when I've never seen or heard him being mentioned before .I think that issue was staged to deflect attention to Marsden ..
If they sack Shaw as chairman he'll still keep his seat on the board ..It came out of absolute nowhere about his tenure being too long .Who actually gives a flying ?
I'd be totally useless at the AGM as I will get personal and offensive .I call it as I see it which is not acceptable here in Holland .
Anyway ,I am more interested in what tfg are saying
I'd like it if they all offer their resignations following the sacking of the CEO .I'd accept the lot but helas I think it will Mr Shaw who will be offered as the sacrificial lamb as he escaped removal of the chair last year because he just said "NO" when someone at the AGM asked him if he had had the job too long compared to othe chairmen on AIM ..So that was that and everybody had a nice cup of tea , a selfie with RM and talked about the regatta...Ruthless those attendees are ,Ruthless and without compassion. .
Mr Costs ,I fear the synairgen CEO and BoD are doing their very best .Therein lies the problem .Their best is not at a level to make the company successful..
I pity Shaw at the next AGM .He was the major point of distraction perfectly executed by Synairgen and their stooges in the audience last time around .. Dare they chuck that ploy back in the pot hoping everyone else was too stupid to see their decoy? I think they show enough contempt for Joe average trader that they will and he, Shaw ,.may well have to fall on his sword and be removed only to make a sensational comeback once the commotion has died down and the PI s go away thinking Synairgen are ruthless and know what they're doing ..
Amen to that
Axe , if it shot up to £9.80 a share I'd still want the charlaton gone .
Oops ya jinxed it
Why don't dicky Dastardly and prof Pat Pending do the rounds as a double act ..They can sell snakeoil and T shirts for one hour after show ends by the foyer .
You're most welcome lol
When it jumped to 8p I thought we'd been bought out
Prof, ours is old money and it's gone ,squandered ,wasted away ,whatever,
Rm will soon be recruiting for new money .
The lads a chancer who put himself amongst a load of educated / brain dead boffins who wouldn't know how to wire a plug in the real world .
Is chat GPT really matt Hanc@ck with a cardboard box on his head with a robots face painted on and a chat bubble that says £10 k please for the advice or I will exterminate more people .????.
Integrity of this company has been progressively diluted by incompetence to the point that the latter is more prevalent and tangible than the former ..
"Doc Holgatess Medicinal snake oil emporium"would be a better title for this outfit. This ship appears to be rudderless.
Sure he visits " uncle stephen " every Sunday with the kids
Mail on the head,What with Professor Pat Pending and Richard Dastardly at the helm ., yeh they've done us good and proper guv !
They needed another person so they could put 2 teams out in the 5 a side league and the pub quiz later
Marsden should be on trial .For crimes against competency.
Thought you'd green binned me and 99% of the board ..That is so disappointing. And also not to see the narcissistic copy/ paste too.I feel under valued .
TFG exclusively fund a new trial by way of a Bond purchase of say £25 million .They receive interest on the bond of say 8% .The drugs goes to commercialisation and the company buys back the bond or maybe in 5 years (optional) giving TFG guaranteed return if the market is still depressed.
The first 8% comes out of the £25million and TFG insist on a BOD reduction and significant salary reduction to those who survive the cut if any .. ( Marsden doesn't escape the chop I'm afraid ) .
No JV or free trial necessary.
The drug is already in stock and the paper work is also in place .All thats needed is trial location and organisation .( I suggest China or India if its feasible. and if its still covid the company targets . ..If its COPD I suggest central or south America where the population still has a high percentage of smokers ..( therefore more emphysema/COPD
If TFG/Synairgen/ us did agree to the bond then as bondholders wouldn't they get first payout if the company goes bust and Synairgen sell the drug ? That could be security for the bond .
Lastly, if they do decide to go for COPD ,would the trial be only P2 rather than P3 and would then need another trial ?
I may be well out here but the bond idea would eliviate the need for fund raise / dilution and solve cash flow problems..
It would also give TFG a way to get their investment back ,and maybe me !
Further Bond issues in the future would keep the need for dilution to a minimum..None of this is ideal ofcourse but thats the situation we are in .
You must feel moist ,PS,who is Michelle?
