The KNAC Board recommends that the Nyiyaparli Common Law Holders pass the proposed resolution. The KNAC Board and IOCA have reached an in-principle agreement on the terms of a project agreement. This is all fantastic and a get find by you cjmorley. This says to me will will get a great RNS before the 1st and this will sky rocket. I have 4.5 mil share here and might still top up.

The way I see it is fair value was 2.7p before shares was added so the new fair value is 2.2p. This in IMHO will be in the next year what is a 10 bagger as long as we get the native agreement and the right to mine. We already have the right for the road and the plant but no point doing that until the other parts are agreed. Its on the cards that we should have more news about the 30th of this month, what if it is the agreement I see this being above 1p by xmas. A lot of people are watching this share and that would be the catalyst we need. GLA

Smiller they most likely want to keep as much cash as possible due to not knowing how long the native agreement will take. What I admit they should of put in for when they got the scope study done and found out it was definitely worth digging.

Tsb1 that is my thinking, the extension was given so we would have the diamonds but the RNS at the start of the month said there were delays and even if we got them tomorrow we would still have to get them cut and sold that will not happen in a month and definitely not in one day. That why I got out on a spike. I omit I might be wrong and for the people in this share still I hope I am.

I might of made a mistake but I just sold at 0.31. I have seen my holding go down a lot over the years and I was in before the 100:1 consolidation and I bought more to average down before the last placing, holding most at 0.61 . They likely didn't have enough shares but do now after people have sold because of the drop. They are from the 1st. I had it once were I was sold the shares but they did not have the share, however they would honour the shares if I sold them and would get them as soon as possible. That was with GWMO about 2 years ago.

I would average down but I think I will not buy anymore until further news. I have 4 mil share at a average of 0.42. The interview was good but I would not say great. It could even be worth selling one of the other assets to get money for the Hanc**k if more is needed. I do think this will come good in the long run GLA.

It seems you can do the flora vegetation study quickly if you put more money into it as to cover more area in one go (more people) and you can do it in sections to speed it up so you can dig the first section while the study gets done on the next section. Also even if it did take a year then that would still be mid 2024 and you can have everything there ready to dig. I thank you all for your replies and am happy a lot of you are of the same thinking as I am. I am still happy with my large investment here and I will continue to wait for my desired SP price.

Can someone please tell me where it says 2025 I keep seeing on the board as I can not see it on any of the RNS. I can see that they have talked to the native title agreement people and now have to do a study on the plants and animals in the area to make sure they are happy for the mine to go a head.

Progressed the required regulatory approvals for the project, which includes ongoing discussion with the Native Title Holders and completing the required Fauna, Flora and Vegetation studies to support the Environmental application

I can also see that we are going to do a DFS study the same as all mines do and that PREM did just before it 10x in SP value. What will be done by another company and will likely run beside and at the same time as the Fauna, Flora and Vegetation studies. so 3-4 months because of the size of the area so that brings us to 2024 like I sure most of us thought anyway.

But I can not see 2025 anywhere. I have said since the first mention of a delay that I would prefer a realistic time frame than one they could not meet so end of 3 quarter seemed right to get the titles and agreements in place and to see production in the first quarter of 2024.

I also said I would rather be in now and muti bag than later and only double or triple my money.

I really can't see anything bad in the RNS and the new people even only do well out of their deals if the SP does well so their fates are tied to ours.

How is this legal. We had a buyer then we wanted to go with a investor what just so happened to fall down and then the buyer buys for a low cost but as we stopped trading the same day they bought with no need to pay the IP's

Neil777 I got in at 8p for 8k and then 2k at 2.5p massive paper loss. It will be the biggest loss I have ever had on shares unless something happens. I am still hoping and thinking that it will be turned around or someone will buy it. Luckily for me I have earned a lot on shares and only put in money I can afford to lose but I would rather not lose it to be fair and it does feel Ouchy at the moment.
