Dickie3times as far as I know its still on UFO website but the amount don't even cover the road cost so I think that's why they were trying to get a JV before going further. I hope that answer your question as I doubt others will.

Can we get back to the share and off the annoying of who hold what it will not matter at the end of the month anyway as I will not be the only one going. Let get back to info that matters.

If a deal is not made with JV by the end of this month I think I will be out and sell the lot at a loss.

Why has there been so much panic and these are the AGM questions to vote on.

1. To receive the report of the directors and the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2023 and the report of the auditors thereon.

2. To re-appoint Robert Walter Mosig as a director of the Company.

3. To re-appoint PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors.

4. To authorise the directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors.

Also I was to the understanding that they got the gold from what they put in but we still got the copper from what they put in and its mixed?

Pebsi I just hope I have got it right, its what it looks like to me but this is just my opinion. I know the other post/question was not aimed for me to answer but I personally would never said to anyone to invest in any share as I know all share have risk but I would say to look at this one and watch for news.

The problem with your lot back and forth on this tread is that it don't add anything, no information or correction plus it now buried the thing this tread was about. Have you done this on purpose?

I just had to go and read that as it was back in 2022 and yes for the first 3Mt of iron, it is likely we are trying to get a JV for after and to get some funding up front because the road is meant to cost 18 million (I don't know why some cant be dirty road near the site or why its costing that much, long way I guess) plus no money extra while getting the first 3Mt out and delivering it.

UFO went to mine on its own but then the road cost was more than UFO is worth(sort of), so then we had to get a JV. The first JV we really want as it opens up to another area we own but then another offer come in what is to good to miss so we are trying to get the first JV to get close to it if not match it. UFO are now waiting on the terms of an agreement of JV's and we need money from anyone of the project to start any of our other projects Hanc**k being the likely key.

What I am worried about is I had UBG as a share that was getting sold they pulled out of a offer to go with a better offer the better offer didn't happen and then hotter got sold of to pay debts share holder got nothing and the company is no more could this happen here yes but it also to my understanding that the thing that saves UFO is that UFO are the only company that has permission to build the road that will open a lot of other project for a lot of other companies.

The Company has now submitted the written acceptance and is awaiting the formal statutory approval.

Looks like it is having trouble braking 0.033. hopefully someone out there knows when the licence is landing.

Max111 I now think you are either paid to be here or delusional. UFO is on the share fallen board. I have personally loss so much money here so I am not happy, how can you be? At this point I would be happy if they just sold Hanc**k as a whole so I can get out with some of what I have put in. GLA

Uktrader6 yes, I also thought the bottom was at 0.42 and bought most of mine then I range from 0.8 to 0.19 but I still average at 0.41. All I meant is that the win would hopefully be no more placing due to JV and then we will be able to work on other JV's. I worry about lack of news and another deadline being missed.

Mediocre JV will still get us a big win and make it so we could get to the end of the year and finish the other 2 JV for the other projects, What I am worried about is there will still be no JV sorted in time.
