I put 10k in here as it was meant to be a sale at 10.5p and then someone came in offering £10m to sort it out I believe this to be a trick to get them to sell cheaper. If the alterative is administration why not take the best of the low ball deals so the shareholder get at least some of there money back.

I am now up to 3.3mil shares here, just bought another 300k. My average is about 0.48. The next 4 months will be interesting.

This will keep sliding down until news on the diamonds, what should of been over a month ago.

Fish4chips I did the same thing, we also got done over by the other group offering to come in with 10m investment and it seems like that was all a plan to help someone buy us for cheap. I would be happy to have this sell at 6p so I at least get over half my money back. It might not all be doom and gloom here tho. This share was at 29p in the last 12 months and could turn around on saving a sales.

The reason I am out is because Vast did something really similar and after did a 100 to 1 shares consolidation. I lost a lot of money.

Decrease in value by echo energy plc. Subject to shareholders approval at the general meeting to be held on the 26th subdivide every existing share of 0.0025 into one new share of 0.000001 and one valueless deferred share of 0.002499. So I just got out and sold 5 mil of shares.

I think we have be pushed in to a take over at a lower deal or we have been put in to the position to take the deal what was sort of offered. We can still come good if we get the insurance or if we cut over heads and sell more. I feel this is very low for what it is and all sells are getting bought so something is still going on.

This is my main holding and I will hold until at least half way into next year and this is likely to be a multi bagger in the long run. I see this doing a lot better than 1p but 1p for sure and before the end of this year. Lots of news to come and the iron will be profitable and cover all other projects. GLA

I don't think that will be the case, I think my 0.1 prediction will be seen in the not so long future. I also see this go up and down all day with a bounce in the next couple of hours. No need to raise debt as money needed is getting paid soon as long as it is voted in, what I say it will be.

I know what you mean and it's also is so undervalued as a share if you look at it before covid and how much it should earn per year. I think the only reason it is this low is because it has fell out of the pubic eye of late. You only have to see how many messages are on this board compared to some of the other boards I am in. But I am sure after the next RNS we will be seen again and that we will muti bag. GLA

I see today as the pull back as people take profits and then come back at a lower price. I see this getting back to 0.1 easily what is almost 3 bags but can go higher.

Marwyn was what stop WoolOver, it was already said in the RNS that WoolOver would not be consider as the offer from Marwyn was a more preferred offer.

If it was me I would drop that RNS on a Friday late afternoon, allowing everyone to see it and think about it over the weekend for strong buys Monday morning

Also Nookie I think we might also be waiting on Anglo American as they have their hands in so many pies, that's why the revised dates come about.
