Try not to be a knob. Theyve already done due diligence. lf they don't know what the accounts hit will be then they haven't done their due diligence.

Thanks but I have not said anything of the sort since it was revealed that the accounts were a load of fantasy. I don't like criminals who commit fraud and could end up taking all my investment away.

Think you can pretty much say most if not all of the Directors, NEDs and Senior Management are complicit in neglecting to follow proper processes for safeguarding shareholder value.

at the moment the damage is material and unpublished. we don't know how much **** the company is in with its lenders etc. f knows how much the books have been cooked.

I think there's a good chance KKR will be looking at this to invest in. Lets see what happens on the 12th.

Major lack of will and experience to get a strategy that will work for this company. The twats on the Board of Directors and NEDs over the years have been having an easy life sucking up to each other and taking the money. The right people would get this company come up with a strategy to get back on track. So far they've neglected to even say that's a possibility to recover shareholder value. Says a lot about them.
