Yes, the buck does stop with the management/BoD but let's not forget the scientists/technicians at the 'coalface' who are doing the R&D. Lets' hope that they are getting all the support and encouragement which they deserve. Just sayin'
Just keeping an eye on this and according to Trading View it (NQMI) jumped 900% to$50 whereas NQMLF is at 9 cents, ie comparable with its UK price of 5.7p.. Are these different companies ? Am I looking at different entities? DOH!
He said, she said. Oh dear! Let's leave the bickering and put our money where our mouths are. If you are in it (I am) some informative discussion please. If not, just shove off.
Good to see that Carl is looking to keep CGO's aims aligned with those of its investors and that a 2023 lock-up is included. Let us also hope that the Incentive options have some challenging but achievable performance targets attached to them. One of the justifiable criticisms of a number of AIM-listed companies are that they are 'lifestyle' vehicles for their BoDs. The fact that CGO has so far kept a check on BoD pay bodes well.
Sense of deja vu here. Is someone simply doing a copy and paste job here? Reminiscent of 2013, 2014, 2015 (when it got to over 3.5 pence) . . . . and downhill ever since. Having got burnt by this lifestyle 'investment ' vehicle, I learnt my lesson and got out but look in every now and again to reinforce the lessons I learnt and grateful for it . GLA.
PS: For your sakes, I hope I am wrong but you will need more than luck to see Prem make any meaningful returns, unless you swing trade it. Hopefully, the advice about past performance being an indicator is in this instance wrong!
Wallets: It's sooo complicated. Exodus has very good reviews and probably avoids those alt-coins which do not meet its requirements for fungibility. Don't forget the adage - if you don't own the keys (seed code) you don't 'own' the crypto - particularly relevant to leaving your money on any exchange - but you do of course avoid some transaction fees if you leave on exchange. Perhaps not best to keep more than a million or so on an exchange. lol. GLA
DYOR: Like many here, I suspect that I invested in CGO because it looked a promising bet. That said, I have been reflecting and researching and would strongly suggest that you do too. So what's my beef? Seem to be a lot of promises and 'potential' talk but where are the concrete plans? Have a closer look at CGH/Sable Mining and review some of the BB posts from October/November last year (2020). I am hoping that the BOD are being good boys but all things on AIM deserve close scrutiny. These are uncertain times and it pays you to be cautious. As Carl's forebears might say, caveat emptor. GLA.
On 21st January 2021 The Herald (Zimbabwe) ran a story which in part states: "In its last significant update on the Zulu Lithium and Tantalium Project, which came in 2019, Premier announced that it was seeking an Exclusive Prospecting Order (EPO) from the Zimbabwean authorities. "
So here Prem is, two years later, and still nothing has actually happened - a repeating story. Please note that the P in EPO stands for prospecting. The company has little cash so it might be some time and much dilution before any real return is seen. Prem has a history of snakes and ladders. Caveat emptor. Once burnt, twice shy. GLA.
Geng, the problem with the water is that the overheads continue to come in regardless of the water levels. If W is not producing at pace, it's going backwards. Glad I got out of here a long time ago. So, why am I here now? SImply because I keep an eye on past mistakes in the hope of being able to raise my game now and in the future. GLA.
Yes QS is burning through cash at a prodigious rate but the 'breakthrough' on 19th Feb has not done much for their SP which has moved pretty much sideways. Very 'hippie' of me but am still inclined to think that small is beautiful. GLA. DYOR.
Bought back in last month with the sense/hope that things would start moving again, but don't understand Friday's leap up.GLA
BTW, as a spectacle wearer, can anyone tell me if the SynergY Face masks fog up like all the others?
Curious that the ARB News feed has a story about a £22m private placement but no RNS. Acording to Alliance News:
"Argo Blockchain PLC on Monday announced it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with unnamed institutional investors for a GBP22.4 million private placement of 28 million shares at a price of 0.80 pence per share."
Which might account for why the SP fell towards the .80p level.
Just sayin. DYOR
DYOR. Just look back at all the 'forward looking statements' issued over the past 5 years and where Prem is today. I don't doubt that there is a rich mineral reserve to be recovered but getting it out of the ground seems to be an ongoing and limiting issue.Caveat emptor, as the wise man said. I learnt a lesson here, take a long look back before looking forward. GLA.
Apparently, BP is going to write off $17.5 billion of assets (see https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/video/bp-warns-17-5b-hit-133341679.html) as its internal forecasts predict an increasing move away from oil.
All good for BMN and VRFB in the near and long term. GLA.

Let hope the sun keeps shining on VDTK!
JD, Thanks for ur response. Clearly, I did not have my eye on the ball and got in too late. doh
