no. that's the list of shares and warrants in issue for SUB. Think the slight drop in SP this morning is down to a couple of large-ish volume sells (100,000 and 150,000shares respectively). Apart from 1 other sell, buys now look like they're coming back in, so hopefully the SP will lift back to where it was

SUBW relates to "Warrants" not ordinary shares. Definition of Warrants:- "Options to buy ordinary shares at a pre-determined exercise price. Usually attached to issues of loan stock" According to SUBSEA's website, the pre-determined price is 40p. On Barclays, although it shows a volume for today, it says there are no trades.......so all in all, I don't think it's anything to worry about? Any other views?

It's absolutely not funny - I like many others am not gaining anything from this stupidity, hence my recommendation to the real keepitsimple. There is a very definate difference between not liking someone on here because perhaps their views differ, but when people blatantly set about imitating others to cause confusion, then that needs stopping straight away. It's really hacking me off particularlyon the NRK board where a lot of people have some serious concerns about their investments.... I hope this gets sorted out very soon.

Just one of those statutory notices about when someone buys or sells a significant number of share I think - in this case, a company called CANACCORD ADAMS LIMITED. Took place yesterday so think its' already reflected in the currnt SP etc...

Think this transaction took place last night. There was a Sell for 2,000,000 shares that took place at 16.36pm yesterday.....

I wonder if it's something to do with those late postings x 2 (each for 1,000,000 share @ 1p and 1.1p respectively). On my live data feed, they're still not showing in the actual volumes etc....which looks weird!

AL. made a statement 5 mins ago stating it doesn't know why it's share price suddenly dropped and it's continuing to successfully raise the funds it needs :0) See News on here......

See below cut & pasted:- Those of you in Alliance & Leicester, it's just been on Bloomberg TV that the AL. SP is falling due to a rumour that they're running out of funding??? then thank goodness! I bet they couldn't believe their luck when they discovered this latest wreck which is classed as a top grade Commercial Grade 1 I believe...........talk about sailing close to the wind????Sorry - had to say that :0) Lol!

A wreck they had located which they thought was one code named "Ella" was thrown into doubt and they needed to continue work on it to prove otherwise. As Ella wasn't a priority at the time, I think it was abandoned. Different to this discovery as this one has been "positively identfied"!

That's naughty ! More buys coming in. The buys far outstrip the sells but I'm no good with the charts......

I don't think many folk have found this new news on SUB!! There are 2 transactions which are for 1,000,000 shares each with a ? at the side of them, showing on my live data screen. The transaction type is L, which I think is "late"? and the transaction prices were 1p and 1.1p, so think they might have caused a little blip! 1,000,000 shares just been bought now, as I speak, so still think this will climb :0)
