Lets see what happens. I am prepared to be called out, but I think its worth a debate.
I don’t trust this government given its wish to apply sanctions wherever it can…and as we have seen…in some cases illegally……as we are involved in a war situation. I am not deramping as I wish to add to my ISA before 5 May.
I filter those that are rude on here……

There is no need to be rude.
My view is that the governments opinion will be ….If it is a share that is traded on the MOEX….then it will not be able to be traded on the LSE.
You have till 5 May to fill up your ISA…..no problem till then?
Maybe my interpretation is wrong….maybe yours is?

As I read it you will not be able to buy shares for your ISA on any other exchange…….IF …they are traded on the MOEX .
They intend to make an order on 5 May…….so OK till then?

Come on, this is a company operating in 23 countries…INCLUDING RUSSIA AND THE UKRAINE. I would imagine that PWC have people in all these countries, With staff shortages, bombed out internet and sanctions, I would expect delays.
I am sure it is not just a team based in London…..maybe they are waiting for countries affected by the hostilities?

If they left it to 2.30 yesterday to tell Sir M, my thoughts are that they must have been very near to getting it done in time.
If they had found something disastrous, that would have shown up earlier, not when they were about to sign off.
I would imagine that they are working shifts and over the weekend to present before the end of the tax year when some will want to realise profits…..even those who rebought today having sold at this years high

This week has been very rewarding for us all, mainly driven by optimism that negotiations will lead to cessation of fighting and easing of sanctions.
What will the next few days bring?
The negotiators are returning to their respective presidents for a debriefing and a response/strategy/possible presidential face to face meeting.
How will the next stage affect our share price?
Will Putin say……OK, lets talk?
Will he say …..No?
Will he drag out his response?
Will he use the time to regroup?
A nervous few days….we may have seen the best movement for the week.
Having said all that, Poly is an excellent well run profitable company producing products which will always be in demand.
