Existing Shareholders shafted1 Feb 2018 20:59
Pretty fuming with this chain of events.
Struggling to see the benefits and growth here and by the look of our 1st week's trading - so is the market.
Every share holder holding prior to suspension has had to wait over a year only to lose 50% of their holding value and now in the best case need a 100% share price increase just to break even.
Hardly an appealing thought regardless of so called potential.
In addition, surely there is no point waiting for a Q1 OO to us old shareholders when we would be better placed selling our holding now and realising a loss. Then if we still believe in this share we can simply buy the shares back in our ISA on the same day and average down now at circa 10p or less rather than wait for an OO.
Would appreciate others thoughts as cannot see where the benefit of this 1 year process has been or why we listed at 10p and not 20p.
I had 7k in a 3m mcap company and now I have 3.5k in a 20m mcap company. Until revenue starts coming in our assets are worth zip - hence why ALO/CRA did not have to pay big bucks for them.
Stating they are worth upward of 87m etc. is great, if someone is willing to pay that but unless we actually start generating cash it's pointless numbers.
Todays RNS is underwhelming - what has happened in the last year, why have we had no income???
Rant over...
