I'm surprised you see this as a lol moment. The price has crashed over 25% since the short lived boost of the recent RNS taking us to levels lower than prior to the release. If your logic was guaranteed surely you would sell your substantial holding everyday at 08:00 and buy it back at a 5% reduction at 16:29. People are selling and no one is buying - this the concerning part - why??
Any thoughts on what you expect to see in the forecast and the numbers released at the end of the month? Ramp brigrade have moved on and share price has drifted back down. Not many new lth so we need some positive and consistent news flow asap. We know this company has awful track record for delivering on time which concerns me.
I see your point McFirth. Daily price movements aside, the amount of CAPEX required vs current Mcap is concerning me (debt for share potential). I would like to see an update stating any current cash flows to show we have turned that corner from explorer to producer which will assist with acquiring better terms for borrowing. Still I expect all will be clearer in 30th June update.
price is now dropping and I cannot even get a quote to sell. Spread 9.3-10. (not that I want to) Rampers can move on...
Thanks GS - useful as always. Therefore we cannot look at potential value just yet until we know the terms of borrowing. Call me a cynic but this company has said one thing and done another in the past. Were supposed to re-list at 20p and relisted at 10p - were supposed to offer LTH a placing as preferred rates but pulled it. I wonder if they will reinstate this once the SP does rise to an acceptable level above 20p.
Current spread is 9.5-10.3 and I am being offered 9.5. Not selling as I need 20p to break even. Hence my long termer question - how are they finding 20m. Mcfirth / GS - any thoughts so we can have chat through the cluttering of the board by new clueless muppets.
I've read the RNS - it says they have a plan to return to positive cash flow. It also states the DMS will cost 20m. Simple question - if you know the simple answer then respond?
CFP once the DMS is done. How are they paying for this?
RNS on upgrade is good but I would have liked to have seen where the CAPEX is coming from to pay for the increased costs for DMS at 20m. I may have missed this in previous updates - will this be paid for from revenue earnings on current lower production or are shareholders digging deep again (dilution)? Fresh out of the woodwork rampers need not reply...
Just logged on to MSN money and it stated the share price hit 3.5p today? Also shows on google when you search for 'CRA LSE' Hoping this is a blip but would welcome some thoughts - wishing I sold my holding at 11p on re-listing for a 50% loss right about now...how have they cocked this up so badly!
I’m with Halifax, would be good to know why they have been moved out of USA for some and not others. Also what our right is to move them back without fees and charges or selling and buying back. Regardless I, like most still need a 100% rise to just break even...
Thanks GS for your detailed view, your posts are very informative and welcome. Why do you think we have been valued at 20m on readmission at 10p rather than 40m at 20p so all shareholders were not heavily diluted if the assets justify such a valuation. In addition - if the below is fair value I fail to understand why this has not been in higher demand in our 1st week of trading. Do you agree with the ISA suggestion and do you know why our holding was moved out of our ISA into normal trading account.
Pretty fuming with this chain of events. Struggling to see the benefits and growth here and by the look of our 1st week's trading - so is the market. Every share holder holding prior to suspension has had to wait over a year only to lose 50% of their holding value and now in the best case need a 100% share price increase just to break even. Hardly an appealing thought regardless of so called potential. In addition, surely there is no point waiting for a Q1 OO to us old shareholders when we would be better placed selling our holding now and realising a loss. Then if we still believe in this share we can simply buy the shares back in our ISA on the same day and average down now at circa 10p or less rather than wait for an OO. Would appreciate others thoughts as cannot see where the benefit of this 1 year process has been or why we listed at 10p and not 20p. I had 7k in a 3m mcap company and now I have 3.5k in a 20m mcap company. Until revenue starts coming in our assets are worth zip - hence why ALO/CRA did not have to pay big bucks for them. Stating they are worth upward of 87m etc. is great, if someone is willing to pay that but unless we actually start generating cash it's pointless numbers. Todays RNS is underwhelming - what has happened in the last year, why have we had no income??? Rant over...
