Blackhopper. I would say the one thing we can take with the Raglan forecasts is that they are worst case scenario.

They have deliberately been very conservative with the forecasts (learning from previous mistakes) , so I would expect the full productivity actual results to be higher than the estimate.

Yes it is....Also confirmed in the 3rd Feb RNS:

"With an experienced operating team in place, an identified proposed offtake pathway and a mining lease covering approximately 300 acres, the Board considers that the Raglan Project is entering mining and production with a high level of operational and commercial confidence."

And that's not accounting for Blue Mountain producing (probably late 2026/ early 2027) at which point ECR will be self sustaining....with excess funds for expansion or to really ramp up exploration at Lolworth (and maybe Kondaparinga)

The creek has a conservative $7m of gold...in Phase 1 (+$1.9m worth of plant equipment) that they paid only $1m for both.

You keep repeating the accusation so please provide some proof (should be easy for you as you say there are so many).

Meanwhile back at ECR .....For those who haven't read the good summary below: (Courtesy of thetriplestar)

1. Raglan Acquisition = 7x Value Multiplier (FACT)

ECR bought the Raglan Project for A$1.01 million.

RNS confirms a Phase 1 gross gold value of A$7 million.

The Bottom Line: This isn't a "hope." The company has already identified 7x its purchase price in gold sitting in the top 1.5m of the riverbed.

2. The "Shield" of £39 Million (FACT)

ECR holds A$76 million (~£39 million) in unutilised tax losses in Australia.

The Bottom Line: While other miners lose 25% of their profit to the Australian government, ECR keeps almost 100% of its cash from Raglan and Blue Mountain until that £39m is exhausted. This is a massive "hidden" valuation booster.

3. Directors have "Skin in the Game" (FACT)

On January 8, 2026, the board took millions of shares in lieu of cash salary at a price of 0.2836p.

The Bottom Line: The directors aren't "draining the coffers." They are tied to the same share price you are. They only get paid "real money" if the stock price rises.

4. The Assets are Already Paid For (FACT)

The Raglan wash plant and equipment have an insurance replacement value of A$1.9 million.

The Bottom Line: ECR owns a turnkey mining operation that is worth nearly double what they paid for the entire project. This creates a "hard floor" for the company's valuation.

5. We have a "Blue Mountain" Giant in the Wings (FACT)

Raglan is just the "pilot." The company is currently advancing the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Blue Mountain.

The Bottom Line: Blue Mountain is expected to produce 500oz/year (nearly double Raglan). Raglan provides the cash flow to fund this expansion without further dilution.

6. Cash Position is Solid (FACT)

Following the January fundraising, ECR is sitting on approximately £1.5 million in cash.

The Bottom Line: The company is fully funded for its 2026 activities. They aren't "desperate" for a raise; they are "building for revenue."

Both non holders seem to be projecting today.

I can't speak for Bottmzup, but I am not paid PR, if so I would only operate in opening hours and I've never posted with prior knowledge of ECR activity.

The original statement was production before easter.

This improved as the crew became available to the end of January.

We have seen picture of gold so they are producing and they have said this will ramp up.

in the last interview Nick stated he had a good plan for the next 1-2 months.....so would expect to be fully producing by the end of that period in the 'Phase 1' zone

*Phase 1 resource estimates are deliberately 'very conservative'

*The set up at Raglan is very professional with concrete pads, water management system, etc.

* We have a 10tph washplant that was not in the original acquisition document (bonus!) - So we now have 3 washplants (10, 26 & 60 tph) which gives the option to use the mobile 10 tph plant to do the testing while the 60tph is used on Phase 1 production.

* We are In the process of waiting for the mine permits to be granted - Indicates that the BM mining license applications have been submitted.

The question is can the testing be done at the same time as the Phase 1 mining operation gets underway with the dual plants?

I agree that the company are vague on this and the market won't fully get on board with this until we have actual production figures produced.

Until then there is a degree of ambiguity on the plans.

In one way, good to see the company taking a conservative approach on communication....on the other there is that lack of detail that shareholders crave.

The new BOD team have a plan and are more concentrated on the mid-log term prospects rather than quick wins (a refreshing change from past board members) ....We will see how this plays out in the coming weeks.

Yes , remember that some posters were posting blatant lies (claimed as facts) when they said that Nick stated that production would take another 2-3 months.

What he actually said in the interview was "We have a great plan for the next 2-3 months".

And having a second smaller plant shows that they can start to work on phase 1 with the main plant while concurrently testing with the smaller mobile plant if they wish.
