Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Notrex,
Your concern last week was that the company didn't have funds ...and now the company has confirmed that they have funds to last through 2024.
The week before your concern was that results weren't be for months and the company has confirmed that results will now be shortly after the holidays.
Prior to that your concern was that they weren't drilling ...and now we are completing phase one, with phase two starting after Christmas.
The company has continually addressed (and exceeded) the concerns of you and other holders.
Commercial gold is thf obvious end game and they cannot start to deliver on that until the results start to roll in....but with the previous good sampling results, excellent looking structure in the core and numerous nuggets being picked up at surface around the site, thd signs are good.
G&A now fully funded through 2024 !!!
Excellent news with over £210k raised and a plan to add value to the future land disposal.
The new BOD are smashing it out of the park.
Fully funded, drilling results early in the new year and phase 2 drilling coming at Cuboid Hill to come in January.
The we move on to Lolworth in March/April ...and that is going to really move forward this year.
For the first 3 minutes it's like he's talking directly to Nobtrex 🤣
Yes, And that's just the asset value...
Nothing added in for potential.
Lolworth sampling results for gold have been consistently strong and the resource bearing area is expanding with each set of results.
Drilling targets st Lolworth will be identified in Q1.
Also there are the Lithium and Rare Earth prospects at Lolworth...NONE OF THIS IS PRICED IN to the SP.
And of course we have the new license...NOT PRICED IN.
And we have the drilling programme at Creswick underwater with results early in the new year.
Any gold discovery will instantly have a dramatic effect on the SP.
Plenty off upside here
Still only a c£4m mcap at this levels.
Asset value at last financial report was c£6m....and that is Zero for the tax credit and did not include the Kondaparinga license we have since acquired
So NOTHING priced in at all.
Plenty of upside to come here with drilling underway ....any sniff of gold in the results and this is off to the races.
We may get some initial drilling target identification for Lolworth in Jan/Feb as well to build on the excellent results there with a view to starting drilling in Q2
Cashking -take the %20 off the link and you can see their posting history
I don't think that is going to be an issue ;-)
Calm down Tamer, This is only the start of the rise....plenty to come
Phase 1 drilling complete and results due in January
Phase 2 drilling starts after Christmas
Yesterday's two interviews on the start of drilling at Creswick, for those who missed them:
Adam Jones at the drilling site
https://youtu.be/l1elaX9EeAA
and Nick Tulloch
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1036220/ecr-minerals-underway-with-creswick-drill-campaign-and-taking-the-business-forward-1036220.html
And as Adam says , If this drilling campaign and the methodology including the sampling, XRF and other sampling are proven to be effective then there are at least 10 other prospects in Creswick that they can rinse and repeat the methodology on.
c10km of the DMS under license by ECR in Creswick so a substantial prospect.
I'm guessing the £6k was for the independent reviewer of the Victoria technical data?
Never claimed benefits?
So you don't claim a state pension, take the annual heating payment or free TV license?....all state benefits
Tamer , yes they were talking about assay results

Have you got your brain on lease snd skipped a payment?
You are looking like a complete novice/fool with some of your comments (I.e. are they using Midas?...its a DD drill )
Looks like we will start to find out results earlier than expected.
The 'mid Q1' timeline seems to have shifted forward now with phase 1 of the drilling to be completed before Christmas and results due 'shortly after the holidays'......so early/mid January?
Yes, However if /when the ATO agree it can be transferred , then it is a massive game changer for ECR........that would be one RNS that would send the SP flying.
But as you say....just a number until that actually happens
Yep, That's what I said......We are agreeing too much lately (I am genuinely worried)
A$73m tax credit ....not a$73........lol
Notrex....I'll just clarify
ECR have a a$73 tax credit - That is a fact
ECR can utilise the tax credit at any point in the future - That is a fact
The tax credit is transferrable - This is not a 100% fact , however Doc has stated that the advice they have been given indicates that there are ways to make this transferrable.
Previously when discussed the credit was only deemed transferrable if you could prove continuity of ownership. So if MGA (the subsidiary of ECR who the tax credit is against) were subject of an RTO , this would most likely satisfy that requirement and leave LUX as an ECR company....so effectively MGA would be taken over and ECR get shares in the new company and/or cash injection and effectively jettison MGA , which would leave ECR with all the Queensland licenses which fall under the LUX subsidiary and ECR would then have a nice pot of money and be able to develop Lolworth.
Doc/Nick and there advisors may have also found another way that the credit could be transferred to another company. If this is the case then any deal involving this transfer could be a 7 digit deal which would significantly improve the companies bank balance.
Or we could hit gold at Creswick and keep the credit to use against future profits generated there or at Baillieston or Tambo.
Morning Notrex,
Agree that actions speak louder than words and the drilling is a positive step forward and better than sitting on their hands for 3 months waiting for the rain to stop in Queensland.
You can't just discount the tax loss....although it may not be an immediate impact on the balance book, it does hold great potential future value and if Doc is correct and it is transferrable then it is another asset.
I agree with you that an asset sell would also bolster the SP as it would extend the cash balance which is always a positive move.
Lolworth is shaping up nicely, drilling at Creswick, cash in the bank already to fund 'well in to 2024' and BOD salaries converted in to shares.....operationally they are getting their ducks aligned.
Treated myself to another 310k shares this morning to get my holding to a nice round number (OCD kicked in) and will continue to top up sub 0.22 as funds allow and if it stays at these levels.
Traders watch the SP
Investors watch the Operation.
