Just picked a few up via PB....so hope not!....

Well worth signing up with PB if you like a flutter....quite a few offers coming through recently.... dipped toe in water with this one....

Maybe next time company will consider using Primary Bid to raise cash.... they've used them in HNR days....

I just wonder why you'd give something away if you didn't need to....sure it's in the best interests of shareholders....& not one of those cosy little deals orchestrated behind closed doors.....

Maybe it's me being thick....but re-reading the RNS, just wonder why the company had to do a deal with Mendell?...Why couldn't they go it alone?... Anyone else have any views on this?...

Surely you meant 'No Lands Natural Resources'.....don't think I'll be contributing to Path fund raise anytime soon....

I'd like to know how much Eric Anderson & Paul Mendell will be paid as 'advisers' to Path ?..., maybe they're doing it for free?...... let's see how Paths fundraising goes....would be nice to see some return for us long suffering shareholders after years of 'jam tomorrow' from HNR days...jam that never materialised....

Nuba..... we're def singing from same hymn sheet!....too many 'lifestyle' companies where shareholders just used as cash cow to pay over inflated directors salaries.... would you want to spend your money on Path shares....

With the share price stuck where it started, guess the market views deal much the same as me....

Before we all get carried away with this deal , have a look into the background of Path....bit worrying...made over £million loss year 2018....with no income for that year... hardly inspiring!...hope it's not one of those 'lifestyle' companies run for the benefit of its directors, but never making any money for its shareholders..
Also wonder what Mendell + co getting for 'consultancy 'roles??.....A nice cash sale would have been much preferred in my opinion..

Pete.... had a small punt at 0.25....but looking at performance over last 2 years seems very disappointing. Hope it's not another of those companies that promises so much, but fails to deliver....guess time will tell. Certainly if I'd been investor prior to Primary Bid offer I'd have been very upset. Let's keep fingers x'd money raised is used wisely..... certainly seems to be some enthusiasm on this BB for company.....only time will tell. ...but if you're heavily invested take care, & don't go throwing the kitchen sink into the mix!

Sorry to hear of your loss Silver... believe me you are not alone. I've lost quite a bit in recent years....HNR (as was)...Big Sofa...& lost plenty with Avesoro Gold....(went private with majority Turkish owner just before gold price took off!)...so I do feel for you. ....I only have the occasional punt now ....so took a few here when Primary Bid offer popped up.....Some lovely comments on this thread.....& seem to be some genuine peeps....best wishes Silver....

Well at least you're taking a realist view of your loss Magic. I've given up now on trying to spot the next Google or Amazon, having had 3 pretty disastrous 'forays' in last 3/4 years. ...A small gold miner....lost a load....& don't mention Big Sofa....(thanks again for the tip Tom)....invested here at around 34p....don't think Warren Buffet would be impressed....

Come on BH...we desperately need you to put some positive spin on this....doesn't look too good does it being honest....

Lucky you I would say Neil.....to have such a low average. Some of us HNR old timers have averages over 30p...
