On the said date Blueport Capital were no longer nominees and all shares are now held directly by Keystone Advisors L.P. and Keystone Advisors Genpar.
That explains why no TR1 months ago and this is just a clarification of the actual holders without a nominee.

The SP was not affected until the official book build news RNS was announced.
It was not the leak that affected the SP, it was the official news of the incoming dilution.
