I think Rathlin are a Great operator, and will remain in control after any increased stake RBD take in them.
The post on both this site and RBD site about UJO running operations, was not from a UJO poster, I think he is from UKOG.

We are partners in WN and I believe we are both going to do very well.
RBD wanting to up their stake in Rathlin is amazing news for ALL of us.
It shows great confidence in what we have.

I think this is great publicity for UJO and they will be on everyones radar now.
BMD has already said the "big boys" are looking, and to be fair, everything he has leaked so far has been true.
When the ii's look at RBD's book offer, it is great exposure for UJO.

IMO the new CPR will have to be released very soon now, as we seem to have price sensitive information floating about all over the place.

So their financial situation must have been in question.

On 22nd of August they did buy directly into Rathlin though, so could be either direct again or Connaughts stake.

RBD could be buying Connaughts stake in Rathlin, we will find out soon though.

As I said it is a tricky one, but I "think" the CPR will be released in a timely fashion,
so as to allay any thoughts or accusations of wrong doing.
All good here though, todays news is great for us, RBD double their risk, we reap any rewards ;)
