Patience is what is needed and we will soon be in the money. Mm’s can play as much as they want but the reality is the assets (60m) alone is worth £5 a share, this years planned shipments 308k barrels (approx 24m) is worth a further £2 a share and then we have other news (important), i leave the figures down to you to calculate. If all goes to plan, this can definitely hit the highs of 20 to 30 pounds a share. The calcs are in front of you so its not wishful thinking from my part. We need to ask ourselves the question, how much would one pay for a company turning over approx 24m with 70% (17m) net back (at the very least). Do your own figures and put a value.

Thebuying this morning has scooped up yesterday’s large sell. I do hope the sellers including the T10, T20 etc have gone for the time being.

Nice to see the sp holding despite that large sell. Any other day the mm’s would have dropped the sp. Lets hope thats a turning point for the mm’s to start moving this up.

Divi is 10% of Ebitda not the turnover. 2017 ebitda is forcasted to be lower than the 2016 $7.8m. So if we work on $7m, the divi would be calculated to be approx 5.5cents per share ($700k / 12.6m shares).

Im not posting this because I haven’t got the money, but if i did have loads of money, i would actually consider paying $250m-$300m for a company turning over $25m (minimum), with added bonus of the value of its assets (region of 60m) and the other potential (komi, dagi, etc). Something to ponder over when thinking of investing in Uen.

bear in mind the bopd low this year because of work over on the wells, so when thats done, the output should/will increase considerably.

For argument sake, lets jus stick to the what we know. The tanker liading in July of 158k and the same amount in Oct, so that givs us 316k barrels x $75 = $23.7m. That basically means turnover is approx 2.5 times the current mkt cap, without taking into account south dagi, value of cpr, local sales etc. Unbelievable!

thats if we don’t get an offer of a buy out.

I can’t see why people would be selling now considering the turnover to be more the mkt cap. The only thing i can think of is people settling their T trades.

The reason i ask, you mentioning 2 pounds, thats approx 25m dollars mkt cap. If one shipment alone produce 250k barrels (15m dollars) thats 60% of the turnover, surely the sp should be trading multiples of 2pounds.

Greg, where do you expect the sp to be trading following the outcome of 250k barrels output and say good dagi results?

I’d rather the sp was trading closer to £2 before an rns is issued. I’m stil sticking to around £15 as the true valuation following shipments and south dagi (good results). Time will tell.
