Oaktree - Yes. Personally I don't think Baylan is an idiot/useless etc. I don't think he cares one way or another which way this goes. But for the sake of chewing the cud with you, I'd say that he probably welcomes the political ease with which he approved the mine, because, yes, it satisfies at least two new lobbies (greens+iron workers), which helps rebalance the political digestibility of allowing a mine on 'Sami land'. I even wonder whether he is hopiing for a negative from UNESCO ("it doesn't impact") to make the go ahead for the mine politically easier for himself, or even a neutral "nowt to do with us", in which case he can say if UNESCO doesn't care, why should he? I wonder whether this is all part of some grand plan where he is finally hailed as the best 'Enterprise Minister' Sweden ever had - and making more friends than enemies along the way?
