if it closes below then it breaks the developing up trend (until broken and if
presume more good news
but a someone selling the 0.9s not to be ruled out and should be swift thus down and up, if happens
assists confirming probale more up moves
tests prices 1.15s 1,2s 1.26-1.29s (again and higher @ 1.4s
unless more nes presume no power flush thu today, but always expect unexpected in mkts
