OMMG = Overnight Multiple Merger Model
Isn't it ironic... don't you think…
Anyway, if anybody local and fancies braving the crowds to report back...
Hitthattarget, the loan meant the company were in a position to be able to demonstrate access to funds to fulfill any significant order. Necessary during negotiations. The company was not committed to further borrowing against facility. At depressed share price it was clearly necessary to line up other funding to actually call upon. Presumably this was what company was in the process of doing...
Faithfulthink, I'd expect him to STFU until he has some answers for us... so no?
A link to some 'fun' video from 2021 AGM. Turned down fifteen million at 27.5... (basic maths would say loan would then have been unnecessary, but easy come, easy go... so probably not):

Knock knock, who's there...(badly timed):

Also Codex on a panel with MyMicrobiome...
Poor mugginsthedog, if only you'd sold when I suggested you'd be happier doing so! What with you be a significant share holder. Oh to be right like you...
Cammy123, how on earth could you be sucked in? You made your views perfectly clear...
Cammy123, are you as thick as the role you play? With the views you express the question becomes what were you doing anywhere near DVRG? And not only invested, but managed a massive loss! Quite incredible.
I can see that information posted would have been too challenging for you to read and understand. You seem sufficiently confused to think I only posted positive information.
Also I don't agree anything...
Cammy123,
Eloquent to the end...
And yet somehow you managed to achieve the below, which given your views of Gerry is really quite incredible:

Well I’m out now with a massive loss so wish Brandon all the worst.sh——-
Same world for everybody.

Compare and contrast the one year chart...
Do we learn Monday if payment made or missed?
From the other place, via Twitter, Gerry explaining back in March what a great deal the loan was:

It isn't that they are looking to raise funds. It's when they are looking to raise funds. Fund raising needs to follow orders, not lead. If they had been laying groundwork for that following receipt of significant orders then objections would be less (but still no evidence of orders...). When did roadshow start? What was share price at the time? Yet from RNS it appears they simply lack funds to service debt.
If we want to speculate then to question of where we would be depends entirely on what orders and partnerships had been announced. To date no significant PD orders. Not even any significant partnerships (how many installs have EPS carried out?) to deliver PD:
Kando - no, and they've recently secured a couple hundred sites in Scotland:
https://projectscot.com/2022/10/scotland-the-natural-partner-for-wastewater-solutions-firm/
Biobot, Suez, Idrica? Nothing, nothing, nothing. And yet this is a business all about partnering...
Horse and cart.
If they fail to make repayment 16 Oct they are committed to fund raise. Only by raising funds to repay and retire facility will there not be considered to have been an Event of Default. Allowing company to fall into a position where it must raise at any cost is clearly reckless.
Are there no pawnbrokers in York?
So mugginsthedog would have us believe Gerry wants to drive the price down... And mugginsthedog is clearly here to help achieve this.
Well that does put below in a new light:
gjbrandon 23 Dec 2021 14:06
Happy Christmas to you all, thank you for the support, even Muggins :-) and the very best for an exciting and fast growing New Year.
If they are unable to find 500k payment for this month they are grossly incompetent...
When is payment for below expected?:

Units need to be in place well in advance of 20 November... What credit terms were agreed? If anything other than Letter of Credit and payment on receipt of goods then that decision needs justifying.
A further £0.8 million from below expected before year end:

What revenue is STC generating (I note freebies are being resold -or at least attempted to be resold - on eBay)?
Ridiculous to be having a conversation about retiring the mezzanine at any time the share price is below where it was when loan was taken out. Indeed it should be considerably north of that price point to justify having taken it out in the first place...
And yet still no product listing for PD on MWG website. Also no information for PDV7000 they are showing off at WEFTEC...
Recent Kibo RNS. Interesting given current market cap for DVRG approaches their own and sums of money being looked to be raised. Interims long gone so what's the plan for Labskin?:
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/KIBO/kibo-strategic-ipo-spinout/15649218
What water kits are being given away for free? Not PD.
Answer Q29 AGM:
PD units installed are not free. It is part of agreements that they are paid for, even while evaluating
TheTrotsky, Gerry as CFO? Please, no. A typo surely... CTO?
mugginsthedog, more lies from you. At least you are consistent. As a significant shareholder (remember?) you should be more annoyed by update this morning than anybody. What with refusing to sell (it was suggested...)...
So is it the Glanaco team representing Modern Water at WWEM? What's the mood like there?:
DeepVerge (LSE:DVRG.L) announces the acquisition of engineering services company Glanaco Limited ("Glanaco") for consideration of, in aggregate, £1.08 million comprising £0.65 million in equity and £0.43 million in cash. The equity issue consists of 4,550,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence ("New Ordinary Shares") issued at a price of 14.25p (being the closing mid-market price at close of business on 14 March 2022) with a 12 month lock-in and orderly market agreement.
