Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Going to have to agree with you DR.A
Not sure if its jelousy as stock is still ready for the taking, could be general toxicity, either way its show of bad character and people like that dont deserve the time or day.
red day today but more opportunity to fill pockets more . and pockets are being filled

Although normally just look at shares as material and unemotional, it is a nice thought to be able to think back that you were able to share in the success.
Having joined KOD on a whim this time ish last year someone advised me that KOD has been a sleeping dragon and not to think much until a few bits of paperwork and the licence were out of the way. fast track a year it's been nice to sit and watch the SP slowly grow from p0.04 topping up along the way
Its been a great year. with another even better yet to come.
All should do their own research, but for those thinking about waiting for a entry price...:
(happy to be corrected as still early and not got fact sheet up)
3 of the 10 prospects put KOD in the Top 15 Globally for Lithium with a minimum 8.5yr life.
largest in west africa
1.4bil mine revenue
capital payback in 1.5yrs
connections to chinese market
This company which these facts detail above are moments away from getting their licence to start mining (few corrections to application and PM sign off). Not to acquire sites. to start taking it out the ground. Im not sure an entry price will present itself bar inday trading dips. but were talking miniscule ammounts in the long run.
Risk for a 0.01p difference vs being off the train. each to their own, but for new investors do the research and clear your head. just cause others may wait for a entry doesn't mean you should (or shouldn't)
Not including the gold projects.
Have a great day all
Like a sleeping dragon we have finally got the news we were waiting for, its been nearly a year wait for me, more for others.
Like some here i am no expert in mining, (more energy). So will be looking to those with more mining experience to take lead. however.
What are peoples predictions ?
End of day (EOD) - 0.2p
End of month (EOM) - 1p
EOQ (quarter) - 2p
EOY (year) - 5p
Kind constructive thoughts all, today is a good day.
cheers for the response! im going to have to use that quote! also thankyou, its a real pain, more so when I'm rereading my own notes, as you can imagine. Thandfully there are a few apps these days to help.
ohh absolutely they aren't breaking any records. though I feel there is a bottleneck/ paperwork or maybe difficult investor that's slowing down the chain from full capability. but personally still not alarmed by the timescales.
I agree, but also disagree. its poor for a startup trying to prove tech, I really would have been great to boot up a unit first.
but once live examples it removes a lot of risk and expenses. but yea feel like europe will be the main target post successful go live.
any how its been a long day. hope you all have a great evening.
chin up and grab some more while you can.
Hi test
Don't take it as criticism, dont worry.
as per my apologies in previous posts. my english is terrible. much prefer verbal
yes its my first language however littered with dyslexia and other factors, words and spelling are not my forte.
It also doesn't help that i am currently managing 1 large company and supporting another largescale industrial change.
aka email distractions. so please accept my apologies for the poor english
hopefully i can shed some clarity.
it wasn't targeted to yourself but more to the comments around peel dragging heels and why things are not up in the sky by now.
i completely understand that the DMG is modular (including the whole protos site to an extent)
however the infrastructure to house or hold the dmg wont be. And having to jump through similar loopholes myself. i speak from experiance that by gathering council signoff does not mean building can start unfortunatly. as there are a number of other "bits of paperwork"
Regarding the 5-8 months this is building construction (bricks and mortar) timescales and the uk average- if i get chance i will dig out the sourcing from our bid packs, however appreciate that there are always huge variances and always depends on the ask and project. again however it was to set some expectations around timescales and why protos maybe looking to deliver Q4/Q1
My posts are more to throw defence that its in no ones interests to drag heels and reassure that even though we havent seen or heard anything, does not mean progress is not being made.
Hope this helps
regards
Synxs
that your saying they have an inability to make anything happen, shows you dont understand how large scale change/construction works. either through lack of experience or naive. Based on their portfolio and worth alone shows they dont have an inability to make things happen.
and your making assumptions here that A. there is even any further delay. B.it is Peel impacting it.
dont get me wrong i would love for this to rurn arount tomorrow. but im also very realistic with a lot of experience in large scale change like this. and nothing here seems out of the ordinary.
again to reassure those who are concerned about timelines. Think how long it takes to buy a house.
The average industrial building of 50ksm in the UK take around 6-8 months to construct. That alone puts us to october. this is also providing they have all pre-required arrangements, permissions and documents signed and completed.
Hi piltic
Thats great it they have. I was detail some examples of the items thst need to be concluded before any visible progress can be completed to help people understand that alot happens in the background before any bricks laid.
Thankyou for the link will give it a watch as need a good reupdate.
And cheiften. Getting a new parter does not mean dropping peel. Also it would be nieve to think that getting a new partner would be faster at this moment in time.
Construction is fast. Planning and getting to construction correctly is slow.
Hey all. Again sorry for not posting more frequent. And for spelling, prefer keyboard than phone
I believe someone has mentioned it already that the dmg is just part of a larger site.
There will be a number of much larger items that need to go into play before construction can be started. Plans and site can be designated but before a brick is laid items like..
Road planning. Water /sewage infrastructure, site pollution (light sound) power grid capability. Ground survays. Lots of paperwork. More than you can imagine. Site tec infrastructure. Construction contracts. But a brick cant be laid until all are signed off.
Any number of these could cause delays. Bearing in mind a lot of people were away from work through covid causing personel delays and procedure delays.
I would imagine that peel want this to be up and running asap and aren't purposely dragging heels
But if we were to compare this to any average change. 60% is unseen doing stuff 30% build (seen) then 10% test. (Example not all cases)
But building is normally the fastest bit. Unless something goes horribly wrong ofcourse.
I post to reassure. Having experience within large scale change. Think of all the holes you have to jump through to buy a house. Never mind buying land designing and building one
Re contracts. If its passed a lawyer then i can assure you it has clauses for delays on both sides. Along with timelines that compliment them. No one would pass a contract that doesn't protect them and a contract requires both signitures
peel does not profit from killing phe.
Also correct me if I'm wrong peel also doesn't stop phe taking on more partners
Hope your all having a great weekend.
Head high. Its a long run but not a unexpected one
Take care
Hi all. Hope your well. I want to reassure those long holders. I dont post often mostly busy but also because people decide to try use language. A tool for interpretation and understanding between people as a way of slandering others achievements. Words prove and disprove nothing.
But on point.
For those concerned around the not far away statement. Let me just reassure you all. In terms of large scale change. Nevermind construction
infrastructure development test and go live...just pure simple change. 4 quarters isn't long and not far away.
Id be happy is some programmes of work were delivered within 1y.
It may be tedious watching nothing. However let me reassure you. Its never the case that nothings happening. Its just that we aren't aware of it.
Let it drift down shares do that on no news. Grab more and share better profit. Or sell up and let someone else hold your shares.
If for one will happily keep buying.
Take care all. And do your own research.
Im lost a little.
There is a lot of attention to phe and when its going to pop or why its drifting. This has bren seen before in not just this sp but near all. No news means no gain normally and a share doesnt just sit still if its not gaining it drifts down.
For time lines il admit im out the loop. Bit for those who held longer from the sub 3p days will know this isnt a over night show.
We wont see much until protos or poland. Ans one of those is q4/q1 22 minimum. Untill then there may be hype moments but dont expect anything. Once onsite construction of the unit itself is announced it will climb some and then again on completion but no major pops until its completion and full running.
Sit tight. Is the best advice
All opinion. But just some food for thought.
Out of curiosity what is the process/ average turnaround time for a licence?
is it a case of they will and its time or a case of they might.
Is anyone able to shed a little light on the licence situation
Invested and LTH and ready to put in more but admit not my area of expertise. Rest of business seems hopeful in terms of situation / strat / Market but not normally into Minerals so not that clear on all of the politics.
Il also admit i dont have the full time to deep reaserch into offshore mineral licences and local goverments :)
cheers in advance :)
LTH here
as it stands mcap is around 17 mil... until we are in the 400M+ wont sell and just ride out.
GGP and EUA both 750+ with SP's respective.
we are still very early in the game. im just glad my little punt a few months back paid off. just gotta get the paperwork and this SP will be a guarenteed
GL all
its a matter of perspective..
if you are waiting for a RNS of ggod news and get a nuetral one. its seen as bad news.
However if you arent expecting a good news and just riding it out. the RNS can speak wonders. as it shows there is possible positive still present and that -but more importantly- no bad news.
this is more important as it shows that there is no change in company & project direction . as a long time hold. its a "dont worry guys were still here, nothing bad so dont worry, just waiting for the good news to shout about"
its all perspective and what your expecting
not posted in a while but been sat back watching.
when i read the progress update. i see no bad news - this is the most important thing.
ther is issues meaning time is the only enemy. and with 70 possibles onshore and a florishing start to offshore. im happy to continue to sit and wait.
for those holding for the short term i can understand the concern of having to wait longer however this was always a 5y turner. with some little jumps for glory on the way.
once a site is completed and up and running, rises will be more consistent but until them. happy days here and hope your all still doing well.
p.s dont forget to fill your boots more while you can ;)
