Yes I did, I got much less value on 31st of July, that was why I questioned the broker today, it seems that they did not understand the change of ratio and I have no new additional TLSA in my account. My intention was sold them all, but it looked like due to the change of ratio, I only sold part of them.

Thanks HomeRun, Right, my situation was a bit confusing, I only bought 100 TLSA before 27th of July (the record date), but I sold 100 TLSA on 31st of July when the price spiked, however I have not received additional 150 TLSA since. Maybe I should check with my broker (Lloyds Sharedealing) again.

Anyone here hold TLSA, if so, have you received the additional shares since the change the ration effected on 31st of July?

A bit early to say that, wait for the USA open and see. I suspect the price will be around 2.2-2.5 mark for the week unless the spin off news drops.

Been thinking of the initial ATM extension which expired 31st of July, but not a new ATM facility agreement at 57M. This move explains the reason of change the ADS ratio then, the BOD seems has planned this a few weeks back.

NASDAQ Pre-Market $6.5, which equals to £2.67. Are those new investors going to sell for the 30% profit at USA open or waiting for the bigger rewards, i.e. 100%? No one knows.
