Really hope so. However, I believe the company is aware of the depressing share price which partially is due to the lack of confirmation of main market moving as per their conference call, they should issue a rns to confirm then.

Not deception but unprofessional in term of management. When say something in the public conference call, the BOD should make sure it does happen within the timeline. I am afraid that they probably realised later the company could not listed in the main market by December as they has not formally informed the AIM. so they kept so quiet.

Disappointed that they did not release the rns about the main market admission after the conference call and we have dropped 15% since.

MullaneyJ13, they won't reply to your email. I sent a few, no response at all. I do worry they were misleading us, they probably meant to giving formal notice in December, so the admission would be 20 business days later (Jan 2021 earliest).

We do need a formal rns to confirm it. Agree with JH, the conference yesterday became a waste of time if BOD could not follow it afterwards. Even Accustem should have been listed by end of 2020 as per the rns.

I thought we will get a rns this morning confirming the move to main market, they require 20 business days, so if they don't announce today, the company won't listed on main market by 2020, am I correct?

I am not holding breath that Accustem will be listed by end of this year. So far the company has delayed in TILS admission to main market as per its RNS 30/07/20. I recon that they would like to get TILS admitted to main market first?

I bet they (Paul & BRH) knew well before us and that was why they sold all the shares they have got with huge profit. Even Gareth Cave has been very quiet since last week. If there were a delay, the manufacturer should have advised them two weeks before, but I suspect they keep quiet for their gain.

BOD do need to do something to sort this out. I believe a lot of people here have sent email to them (including myself), but any response from them?

Did send an email to the CEO reminding him of main market listing as per rns on 30th of July, no response. We need to announce the main market admission by this month so that Tils can be listed before this year end (at least 20 business days after the formal announcement under Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies), not sure if Accustem will be listed at the same time though.

I thought BRH sold out the remaining 7%, look at yesterday's rns.

Lost confidence on the BOD, took GC's word on interview that we need to be qualified for Acc shares by holding Tils on or before 27th of Oct., we ended up paying a lot more than those whom bought on 28 & 29th of Oct and qualified.

So we may have to wait for announcement after ex-entitlement date of ADRs? The BOds are dead silent about the Main Market listing.
