TML Application time line - The company have previously RNS’’d guidance of circa 3 to 6 months and whilst there have been a number of changes to the process, I would suggest that time line is still appropriate guidance.

Environmental Licence Approval - This will be to some degree on an application by application basis, but to our advantage, our Board are well versed in the process and have notable recent experience of the environmental licence requirements, when we were responsible for Pedra Branca, that environmental licence was granted in 2018, but the Pitombeiras area is in close proximity to PB, so we will have a significant level of information, that can be utilised to progress this application, it should also be noted that the recent changes, that DC refers to below, in a post I submitted previously, have altered the process, that the EL is no longer a requirement for the granting of a TML, it is relevant to its effectiveness, .....GL S

I am registered with SEI and Jazida, which are the two of the main platforms that are utilised by the mining authorities and mining companies, at this stage I cannot trace a TML application process that has been submitted by VTF, but I will keep checking,.....GL S

du, agreed, I am mindful that placings have a tendency to ruffle feathers, but it is a very good price and it provides a very solid base for Jangada to build from, I would also suggest it is well structured with minimal dilution and without the curse of warrants, BHC are a very solid team and being mindful of the interest in the sector, I think the Jangada board have taken a sensible approach, as there probably was a lot more on the table,.....GL S
