Interesting news indeed M4, We now have in recent weeks confirmation of new major holders, Bergamo, Ward and Johnson holding almost 25%, we already new there was very little in the way of free float as a result of the holdings of Stanhill and their team, We also now have the added detail that the company is now in a position that..... "The capital raised will provide Mercer with the financial flexibility to advance a number of strategic investment discussions and the implementation of its investing policy. The board is currently reviewing a number of possible investment opportunities and will update shareholders of progress in due course." Finals should not be to far away, taking into account December Year End, so we should have a clear understanding of the net cash position including confirmation of todays circa £200k being added to the kitty........all bodes well IMHO for an interesting few weeks/months ahead..........GL S

News from Touchstone this morning and Shahed Mahmood picks up the role of interim CEO, the Ilyas Khan and Stanhill team would appear to be very active, will Mercer be the next one on the agenda?..........GL S TGL news.... Change of Directors and Management "In line with the strategy noted in this announcement the company announces a further change in the Board of Directors. Ilyas Khan and Fraser Buchan will step down with immediate effect. Shahed Mahmood and Charles Goodfellow will join the board as Interim Chief Executive Officer and as Non-Executive Director. Franz Forrester will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer. Brian Morales has resigned as Chief Financial Officer."

Cash, they appear to have raised circa £345k post the move from AD (May 2013 onwards) added to a possible cash holding of between £50k and £100k at start up, they also have a £300k earn out agreement, as part of the CF element of AD, burn would appear to be nominal, all IMHO.......Cheers S

supermabs, I am not to fussed, I am happy with my research and where i am at with my position, with a lot of these Aim companies you just have to have a bit of patience, IMHO this will look a lot different in the next 3 to 6 months....GL S

I am pleased to report that banking due diligence workflows are progressing satisfactorily and nearing completion. At site, mining activities have begun from within the pit outline and over the next nine months will fully expose the ore body in readiness for production. The on-site infrastructure is now fully operational to support the processing plant and residual storage construction activities and it is pleasing to begin taking delivery of the mechanical equipment to be used in the processing plant." Writ dismissed for a second time.......blue....+4.8%.......GL S Mr. Ian Holzberger, Chairman of the Company commented "this is the second time in two years FCF Minerals Corporation has defended itself against a Writ of Kalikasan and we are very happy with the rulings of the Court Of Appeals in Manila. The Company prides itself as a responsible miner and recognizes completely its obligations to the environment as dictated in its Financial and Technical Assistance Agreement (FTAA). We have an obligation to protect and rehabilitate that part of the contract area of the FTAA which FCF will utilize in its mining operations. FCF chooses to rehabilitate on a continuing basis and as quickly as possible, working closely with the responsible authorities, in particular the Mines and Geosciences Bureau to uphold and deliver our obligations. In closing I reiterate my statement on the previous ruling "FCF will always vigorously defend its position as a leader in observing environmental laws and obligations. This lawsuit was vexatious and devious from its inception but FCF, together with the DENR, MGB and NCIP were resolute in defending its entitlement to mine in the contract area provided it in its Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement with the Philippine government. Our focus had been marginally diverted whilst we sought to dismiss these writs and now we have successfully achieved this we can continue the important work of putting Runruno into production, and always mindful of our duty of care to the environment as we progress".
