SP had a very good run up in the last 3 month and also doubled in 12. So the net profit needs to raise more than double move the SP. Very little guidance going forward. The completion would make to difficult to have another bumper year. I would think it's a long-term hold. Wait for a month or two to see what's around the corner.

Why no one wants to push the price up to same as US? Easy 7% gain.

On Friday BHP came off dual listing now it's only listed in Australia.
As the CCL parent company is buying plc shares, one would expect it to be higher the US.
Normally. US listing of UK companies are ADR but not CCL.

Why the the UK sp is about 10% discount to US listing?

UK market as whole is disconnected with the rest of the world. UK market is very small( but UK players think its big) It's. been moved up and down everyday by few large players. Any stock move-up any day gfr good news will be brought back by shorters next day. It doesn't matter which company because all companies listed in UK are either small so easy to manipulate or the stock lending by institutions is ou of control for them make killing. The people who buy fund don't benefit from this trade.

There is a rumour circulating that the company to be taken in Private with the help of well known hedge fund. But surprised no real movement in price. May be been already dismissed?

AIP is very common document which set out specifications, materials used, technical standards for the projects, prefere0 systems, performance specifications etc. On multi disciplinary these documents would fun into few hundreds of pages. The documents need to be approved by various technical heads and client before the actual commence. In some cases some parts are approved as the project progress. The delivered project is judged by the AIP and failure with complience would normally incur a penalty

Since the last update, sp has fallen 25%. A small bounce for day not going to change anyrhing . By the end od day shorts will be in charge.

The good news even last one hour of trading. Shorts are in charge. No amount of news going to change that.
