Hi Pinecone. You can zoom in on Google Earth or Google maps or Bing maps but it is far far clearer on Find Friends, an app I have. We could do with a web cam to keep us happy. It looks like you can see rows and rows of blue sample bags - just nice to see something happening
Yes but that action in GGP does show that there is still some life in what is quite a dull market at the moment and I for one certainly would not have as many shares in KRS if it was not for trading in GGP and I see they have just gone up again so there will soon be some more money coming over here where we have a proper GOLD resource and it is about to get a lot lot bigger. I see this as a last sniff at a real buying opportunity !
World indebtedness - first we had millions then billions then trillions now quadrillions, them dodgy derivatives linking all banks and countries, car loan companies, student debt, credit cards, and pension funds alone believed to be 400 trillion in debt by 2050. So if you’re a youngster what are your chances of actually ever collecting a pension? Stock markets, even bitcoin seem to be heading south now, with interest rates rising on all that debt - clearly the world is in need of a reset or good old-fashioned devaluation to try to reduce the enormity of the debt. I believe this throwaway world is about to come to an abrupt end and anything of real value is about to shine through, and that central banks know this and that is why they are stockpiling gold like there’s no tomorrow. Look at Venezuela, where they already had a reset & where an ounce of gold now buys a house. I am due to start collecting my pension in four years time, and believe that by investing in a long-term gold prospector like this one my chances of collecting a decent pension couldn’t be much better. The perfect place at the perfect time - gold holds its value! All IMHO of course.
If it was not for the state funded drilling we would always have been asking how deep does it go and at least we now know it is still open at 500m i.e. 1500 feet ! Triple the original depth, although we do not intend to access it in the near future, but it must add to the potential overall value of our resource for consideration in any future takeovers. In geological terms gold starts off over 20 km down so potential for it to go a lot deeper yet !
In a currency reset it is the currency that is devalued but the value of gold stays constant . So at USD1300 per ounce devalued by 1000-1 puts gold at USD1,300,000 per ounce so a 700,000 ounce resource becomes a very big resource. It has to be reset like this to devalue the massive amounts of debt that have accumulated around the world.
We all know the potential here subject to escrow - add in to the mix that a reset of world currencies is due any time soon, normally at a rate of 1000 to 1. The potential is for the dollar to gold at 9000 per oz, but you could potentially be talking millions per oz, just look at Venezuela, where you can now buy a house for 1 ounce of gold . Venezuela has more oil than anyone. Plus, shares in gold miners normally do x three in a gold bull market. I do not think I will be worrying too much as to whether I buy my shares at .37 I will be worrying more about just how many millions of the shares I could lay my mitts on !
Special Drawing Rights have been in the IMF cupboard for a lot of years waiting for a rainy day. Looks like storm clouds are building with talk of shorting the dollar or companies closely linked to it. I believe July might well be time for its proper launch meaning countries no longer needing to use the US dollar to buy commodities and will start a steady decline in the value of the dollar to nearer its true comparative value of 4 cents. So it will take a lot lot more worthless dollars to buy 1 ounce of gold hence the reason for them shaking the tree so hard at the moment. Hang on tight
You are told to buy the asset, and I have been looking at other potential open pit goldminers to compare assets. They seem to rave about grades of 0.5 to 1 gram per ton with unknown gold recovery rates. This makes our +2gram look really good and with a 700,000 oz resource in the bag so far compares well to others. When it comes to doing bulk samples or actually starting to mine - we can tell the excavator driver just follow that line of old goldmines ! Quite some asset! Proud to be part of it.
The next drill results must be about due and would be quite normal to come through late Sunday night early Monday morning which I know all are more than keen to have a look at. The resource can only get bigger so the quality of the results determine just how fast it grows and we know a lot of the drilling to take place is on ground that had very high grades when previously mined so hoping we hear the word bonanza grades a little more often. The words visible gold were mentioned on the deep drilling so fingers crossed ! While the share price is still so low I am certainly buying at every opportunity I get. GLA
You seem to have concerns. If that is correct and you do have concerns I suggest you go straight to the horses mouth - you will find they are very amenable and tend to give it to you straight as it is, good luck. I am far more focussed as to why central banks seem to be buying up gold as fast as they can - any ideas?
Yes Swordfish, and that is at gold prices at the moment, which are expected to go a lot lot higher. Can anyone point me to a video interview with Dave Reeves in which he refers to multi million ounce resource? Sure I saw and heard that but now cannot find it. Many thanks. GLA
MontyUK - have a read of the study for yourself if you dont know where Tom is getting the SP from, page 25 - click on this blue link - https://www.calidus.com.au/download/17/analyst-research-2018/975/red-cloud-pilbara-playbook.pdf) Also accessible via Calidus website.
In a years time we should have clocked up at least 1,000,000 ounces resource and still have money in the bank so I believe we will be drilling like theres no tomorrow with so many good targets all predictions seem to be that the gold price will be considerably more than it is today and when the gold price goes up share prices in gold companies tend to perform up to 3 times better than the metal so I believe the share price is just going to keep building momentum !
Because DR bought shares in krs and not cai? They still consider us a threat even though they would not exist without us - the performance shares are considered a threat but I believe this is largely unfounded. The performance shares already exist, just they cannot be traded yet. Firstly I consider there is a good chance that we will be taken out before we get to that stage, but if not I believe the future potential of the fast growing resource is such that a lot of krs shareholders will want to take a very long-term stake in the company and the most important thing is the long-term price of gold at the moment looks brilliant. Lynette Zang, an Economist from the US, believes that the proper price for gold in the US has now topped USD 9000 per oz. The IMF is to launch the SDR (Special Drawing Rights) soon and then no country will need to use the US dollar in which case the dollar is bound to devalue. Then maybe we will see the proper price for gold.
10k now, hopefully if all goes to plan in just over a years time should be 50k. Should be a steady stream of drill results from now on. If you have the Find Friends App on iPhone or iPad and go over to the Klondyke you can clearly see all the activity that has been going on on the ground - it is quite up-to-date. Just over a year Andee it is not long really! I suggest plenty of blankets to keep you warm through the winter !
No I dont believe Paul Johnson is in here. When he jumped ship he went to Conroy Gold, where I was also invested and I guess because of his reputation the shares there at least doubled so I took some profit which again is in here!
Bassguy yes part of the big family here could not be better. Ive dealt in GGP a lot and certainly one day I believe they will be worth some good money and no doubt will deal there again, but I brought most of my holding over here when Paul Johnson threw in his cards. I believe he knows what he is doing so followed suit. I have the best part of two pensions in here and still buying at any opportunity I get I am that confident with this share and gold in general long-term as the world seems to be falling apart - US dollar on its last legs and gold backed digital currency probably just around the corner. Gold holds its value.
