IMO I suspect the funders of the NH2 projects are world governments. When this news is released I expect the share price to rocket. Effectively it will be geo-political forces who have chosen to use PHE technology. It will be a game-changer. Paul mentions that the funding of the 4 projects will be announced and he suspects it will move the SP even further up.
