Agreed, we are all down and you've been given great advice from people, maybe seek help if it's mentally impacting you and don't look at the share for several months.

I'm down around 30 - 35k total but don't blame the shorters , metro etc . Just myself for seeing something that maybe wasn't there and no one put a gun to my head to invest. It made me realise how out of depth I am in this game but hey that's life.

I've moved past this and accepted the money may be gone, at this point I'm not selling as it's definitely gone if I do. Each to their own!

I'm with you JimJam, I have no idea what is going on here. Everytime we get positive news it goes up by a couple of percent and then gets destroyed.

As I've always said, this is a learning experience for me... In the harshest way.

Losing a let of present there, can hopefully only help Metro.

Note TSB are closing in the town I live, there is a towering Metro branch there that definitely catches the eye compared to the run down efforts by most high street retailers

Keep the positive press releases coming ;o) Think we all need these at the moment.

It's great they are still expanding and opening branches, some further digital transformation would help. I note what they announced a couple of months back ref SMB platforms.

Given that most of us are in on this share, we have some negatives views. I wonder what the public perception is given the positive customer services reviews , the branches do look impressive and there is definitely a place for them IMO

As they say, you learn more from your failures. I would prefer the hardship for a few months but to win in the end.

That's a fair point, still I guess if I was in this position I would probably want to be tax efficient where possible.

Agreed, to someone who is new to this game it appears to defy logic.

The Algos appear very powerful at keeping this steady, I'm used to helping secure such environments and I'm aware of the sort of money they throw at these platforms so I guess it makes sense they are that good.

Likewise, this has long term potential, they appear to be through the worst of their issues.

Just need the FCA report sorted and then as long as q4 figures show growth and debt don't mount up we should be good.

The fact we have a very well educated Columbian who has a history of turning banks around in is a bonus, just down to what price they get it at. I'm guessing his wealth wasn't made by randomally spends millions on things that lose him money.

Once again stating they are looking at options and are now in full control of revenue going forward. It's probably as people were expecting an instance purchase and now realising these things don't happen in a couple of days..

To me, there isn't anything really bad in that RNS.

Just confirming that they are looking at options but nothing has been firmed up or guaranteed, wasn't this always the case? In previous Silicon valley startups I worked at, we saw lots of approaches but turned them down as the timing/pricing wasn't right.

Eventually the execs saw a good opp and took it.

Imagine here if they sold out next week but the price of Pallidum carried on raising and they then got the flanks approved, longer term could have been a bigger deal. I sold 250k shares this morning before all of this but have kept 650k, providing they haven't told fibs about what's in the ground, this still looks solid to me.

You also have to be careful what you wish for, everyone was hoping for an RNS. Sadly we got one but it didn't contain the message we all want. This isn't a train wreck like SXX so I@m not worried yet
