If you are exceeding results why put the machinery under pressure whilst results are better whilst opex is lower?

Agreed, certainly wasn't the best and had a lot of inaccuracies. Didn't seem professional grade to me

Agreed, mistakes in some of the statetments but the main point is they are a producing gold miner.

Makes more sense to compare then to TRX gold (recently visited site) , they are similar to us but further along doing around 5k/Oz a quarter and valued around $110million with a similar size resource.

Once/if we reach 24k Oz a year it's a good measure, their ASIC is lower though around $800.

Probably makes sense to work your way up, if they stress the equipment too hard it will result in downtime..

I would love to see them get to 1000k/Oz month and then bring the big heap leech online later in the year, slow and steady to show to the funding teams.its possible without any outages.

It's an important document without a doubt as is the wider governance and finance.

I'm clearly invested here as are others, I understand the risk but there are many positives especially if they solve the above which I believe they will shortly.

What I would say is there are lots of agendas and you may wonder why people that have no interest in investing here (they tell us this nearly every post they do)regularly come here to bring up negative points.

Some could argue it gives balance but I doubt we have robin hood going around the boards looking out for other PIs...

It's related to the number of shares etc, with the CLNs they have the options of converting share options etc if the loan isn't paid back at certain points.

Until they offer a new propsectus they cannot meet this requirement, the other concern is there maybe additional dilution based on the above to meet the requirements.

The OCIM funding was meant to wipe the slate and allow for upgrades etc or they were coming to an agreement . Robbie had to borrow shares as he couldn't release any more to meet various requirements .

The new gold find may enable them to pay back some of the CLNs , the funding when it comes and governance review should address all the above . There may be dilution but no one will know until the prospectus and funding is sorted.

I think most here are aware of the issues ref funding falling through , prospectus and governance issues which are all in the process of being rectified.

We could continuosly talk about the past issues or maybe focus on the positives coming out of the company and the steps they are taking to rectify , ultimately until the RNS drops we won't know.

The good news is they have found a high deposit, which if they can extract as they state is a huge bonus especially given the price of POG.

So e of the dates given are very near term so I am positive they are being realistic, I guess history should quickly determine if this is the case or not.

Does appear to be the case and not unreasonable given the drama around Dec/Jan irrespective of who's responsible.

Ultimately as you say, if they nail the finance, governance and get the figures out they have been hunting at this week the rest should be history .

Was just thinking about a couple of the comments made, would be good to get people's observations on this.

Find it very interesting that he gave the exact (April 12 ) that technical site visit would happen. Why would you do that unless you are sending a signal, maybe multiple finance options on the table and this is for those to get a move on or risk losing out, what do people think?

Also , was finally confident they will be commending exploration drilling at the start of Q3 (July) , must have a high level of confidence related to the above.

Finally, anyone noticed how they went from being more tactical with the language around OCIM to straight out saying they "Let us down etc"

Hopefully they can use some of their profits from the gold windfall to pay off Millend and get rid of one or two of the more problematic CLNs.
