Quite a few decent sized buys today and the needle didn't shift oddly, agreed that Q3 should be an exciting qtr here

Looks like someone placing and then cancelling trades, seen it before. I wouldn't worry about large scale sell offs, think ME are out and we just need the TR1 to confirm.

Should be a lot of good news over the coming month (Prospectus, JV, Funding and Results)

Nice tweet and some good updates there, business appears to be progressing nicely and looking more and more professional

The amount of times I've seen RRR mentioned in Tweets and Telegram groups trying to lure in Prem investors that have lost out

Not really, just volume or lack of and a few impatient people selling, the company has clearly set out their plans and it's just a case of waiting for news to drop.

Think most of the rainbow chasers are over on Prem trying to make their quick 10%

They did also state they were moving to weekly updates every Friday

Fully agreed, it will be the prospectus that unlocks a lot of the news I believe, the exception being the Q2 results but they will probably hold up as long as possible to coincide with funding/JV etc

Nice and quiet here pending news, be interesting to see if we get a Twitter update on Friday as per the weekly.

Agreed, I think the prospectus is the catalyst to drive this forward and unlock the next steps i.e. JV (required for shares of acquisition to be released), clean up the CLNs shares etc then funding then results

And just to add, these shares were always going to be issued, they've given them more instead of gold royalty payments which will work out better longer term and suspect this is why the other partner in the JV wanted, why would they share the profits on the Gold?

I suspect they are very close with the prospectus due to the way they have been hinting and communicating , I may be wrong and we've been here back in Dec to some extent.

If we look at what they have achieved and what a lot of us went through from the dark days on Jan/Feb, progress appears pretty incredible, as you say we need this one part to unlock a huge amount of potential.

Think people haven't realised how great this news is ... Proactive Investors spelt it out...

Caracal Gold PLC (LSE:GCAT) confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of the Nyakafuru gold project in Tanzania by issuing 133,333,334 shares as a full and final settlement.

This replaces deferred previous consideration terms including deferred payments and a net smelter royalty.

The other bonus which people appear to have missed is this in place of the royalty payments they originally agreed.

I'm suspecting the JV partner didn't want to be giving up any of their profits to the sellers of Tanzania, at least this way we own the asset, the seller gets to do well from the fortunes of the company and the JV partner maxes out their returns... remember potential for 50k/oz here and with the right partner that could be accelerated as they are looking at open pit.

Agreed, I'm happy with this RNS.

We now fully own Tanzania with huge potential, dilution was always going to happen for this and we knew this when it was first announced .

Also, officially confirming JV which is a good sign

I picked up a decent amount so sitting pretty waiting for the company to deliver over the next 2-3 years
