Linus Sköld has asked me when it is to be expected that decisions in the cases on Kallak and Laver, respectively.

The cases concerning the applied processing licenses for the areas Kallak K no 1 in Jokkmokk municipality and Laver K nr 1 in Älvsbyn municipality contain extensive documentation with several complex legal issues, for example, balances according to the Environmental Code between several different national interests. This obviously affects the processing time.

However, the starting point for the government's handling is always that it should be done quickly, efficiently and without compromising legal certainty. At this stage, I cannot comment on when the cases are sufficiently prepared so that decisions can be made."

First of all, I do not intend to enter into the debate on whether or not the matter is included in the list of cases before a decision.

I thought, however, to reflect a little on today's question time in Parliament, which I believe was a fairly flat story. Baylan was allowed to grind his politician's mill without being questioned, and one couldn't help but think about the opposition. Where was it? A little bowing and bending for Mr Minister - from all directions.

Sent, as some of you may remember, an email to Annie Lööf about where the Center Party is at issue and whether you can support. Received a response from a party colleague to her today. A good answer with sound values, but I obviously wanted to see more of it transferred to today's debate.
At least we now know that the focus is on the issue and can hope for more pressure in the nutrition committee and future questions.

And it has translated as Legal certainty and it should read Legal uncertainty

Nickrjsmith.....How do you know? It would be difficult to renage on the word or it's equivalent "forthcoming", personally I'm understanding it to be imminent, just pretty scared about what it will be.

Would I be right in thinking it would only be necessary to suspend the share if the news was bad; so shareholders all had the opportunity to make for the door marked Exit at the same time, which is why we can't take our eyes of this screen.

Where did he make that clear? The fact of it being on the Agenda discloses nothing about the result of the decision, does it. They have said they would inform Kurt when the market was closed, that's all.

Looks like we'll be waiting another week then...can we stand the strain? The question will be asked next Wednesday, that should be fun at least

Most think it will and I can't think of a reason why it should be omitted, except that they're not ready to deal with it... certain items would be left off such as matters of national security obviously.
